What is the usual expiration date for the supplement? Want to make sure I have enough time to use the product.

Mine expires Sept. 2016 and I received it 2 months ago. I doubt I will use the entire 250grams by the expiration date since I use it for my cat however it has been so affordable, easy to use(no taste really) and works extremely well for preventing her uti infections I am not too concerned about having some left over. For an adult the dose is one tsp/day so you would use it up by that time if it was for you.

What size are the capsules?

Sorry, I don't buy the capsules. I buy in powder form, dissolve a teaspoonful in water once a day. It works well for me.

how many milligrams per capsule

This is a bulk bag containing 500 grams or 17.64 oz. of loose powder, no capsules. A serving is 2000 mg or 1 level teaspoon. The bag contains 250 servings. I take it and I also give it to my senior cat to prevent UTI. I give her 1/8 th teaspoon daily, 250 mg. It works! She hasn't had a re occurrence in over a year. Much better than taking her to the vet all the time. I just mix it in her wet food.
