Good fit for 2" lift
If you're installing a leveling kit or lifting your truck 2 inches, you want to use these or some just like them. Otherwise your factory length shocks will over-travel, fail, and cause you grief you don't need. Probably when the weather sucks to change them and you have no garage access, leading to wet pants and gravel stuck in your elbow from replacing fairly new shocks in your dang driveway. Or something, probably, your experience may vary.

Perfect Fit
Did a 3" front 2" rear, spacer lift on my 2015 Silverado. Back end sagged like a diaper. These rear shock spacers were exactly what I needed to give my vehicle a better lift appearance. Perfect fit, saved me money, and easy to install. Still no problem with these after 2+ years. Definitely recommend if you can't afford new rear shocks on your rake lift project.

Shock extenders
Put leveling kit on my truck and these worked good for my original shocks so they weren’t stretched out to the max.

Work for a 2007 Silverado 1500
Used them on my 2007 silverado 1500 to use my 0-4inch lift shocks with my 6 inch lift blocks

Clunky
They did the job but very clunky. Ended up just getting longer shocks instead of using these.
