We recently used this on our 5th Wheel black tank and cannot say enough good stuff about it!! Our tank sensors began reading FULL after our second or third trip, even with excessive rinsing and cleaning after each trip. We are in our second year of our ownership and travel just accepted the fact that our sensors (as most complain about) would never work again. So we followed the directions on the bottle. Filled our black tank (49 gallon tank) added the bottle of cleaner to the tank and parked it for about 2 weeks (in between trips). We dumped our tanks when we arrived at our next campground, dumped our tank and rinsed well. No odor, no issues and best thing yet? Our sensors once again read accurately!!! It's a little thing, but it's a great feeling! We use a few of the Unique brand cleaners and treatments and have been thrilled with the ease of use, quality and performance of them. Good size bottles and I feel the price is well worth the results you receive. Nice to have products that are seal and tank friendly and safe to let sit in the tank for extended period if needed. Highly recommend this deep cleaner and all of the Unique products for care and maintenance of our rig!

I've used several other products to try and clear out my black tank which had built up sludge from the previous owner. Nothing worked until I tried this stuff. I followed the directions for full time RV'ers and holy cow did it work! It got everything in there out and even cleaned off the sensors to show the true level. I cannot praise this product enough and I will use it on my mother's camper and will suggest it to everyone I know. You cannot go wrong with this stuff. I just hope the formula never changes and I can keep buying it.

Stuff works like a charm as long as you follow directions and allow it to sit for a couple days or longer...follow it with proper flushing practices and their digest it and your good to go.

It cleaned my seasonal RV’s black tank and reset the sensor. 2 weeks later, the sensor read 2/3 full again without any use of the toilet. Trying it a second time, hopefully it works for good.

I do love Unique products and all they stand for. This one is no different. I purchased this Unique Clean-It RV Black Tank Deep Cleaner Liquid after purchasing a used 5th wheel that someone didn't fully clean out after a toilet pyramid took place. I figured I would give it a shot. I will say after pouring in the bottle and then regular daily use, it is better. There is still some more cleaning to do, but the smell is much better. These Unique products clean, are easy to use, they are safe, and also safe to use on a septic. I highly recommend Unique over the smelling products out there. I'm not looking for a scent, I'm looking to clean.

When it comes to UNIQUE, there isn’t a better RV holding tank product! It totally eliminates the smell. This deep cleaner, when used as recommended, cleaned out our black tank completely! For what it can do, the cost is worth it! We’ve been using UNIQUE for its quality for the last 4 years!

Great stuff, I had purchased a 20 year old motorhome. My black tank sensors work sporadically. I put in one bottle of unique clean and the black tank full of water dumped it after two days. Much to my surprise when I refilled the tank all the sensors work. When on a three month vacation sensors work all the time we were gone.
