Our previous one broke after a few years. So we immediately got a new one and WOW the quality has increased! The grinder used to be plastic but is now stainless steel, giving a much more consistent grind. Very easy to fill, and so aesthetic on your counter!

These look good but adjusting the grind size doesn’t work well. It grinds too fine or too course. When you get it set pretty well it starts grinding fine again without any setting changes.

I love these - got a black and white one. Nice and big so you don’t have to refill every few days. The white one doesn’t even get dirty easily.

Worked very well for almost 2 years of mild use then the plastic fins that hold the whole grinding assembly in place broke and fell out. I had recently refilled it and it holds a lot, so peppercorns went everywhere. Still finding them

Love this pepper mill. It's easy to fill and holds so many peppercorns. It cuts through the peppercorns so easy and with different grind sizes. It looks great too!

2026 update: I reached out to customer support thru their website contact form because my salt grinder broke. They sent me a replacement. The new grinder mechanism is all-metal so it should last longer than 3 years. It is so rare to find such a quality company these days. 2023 original review: I bought 2 of these -- one for pepper and one for salt. I bought that huge 5 pound Costco package of pre-ground Himalayan salt and I have struggled with dispensing it. I was always getting way too much in every other grinder I used. Fortunately, the finest setting doesn't allow the already "ground" salt from falling through, and it further distributes a reasonable sprinkle. It's also a great setting for pepper. Very fine particles. Love it. Turning it is smooth and feels very high end. The paint finish has a matte velvety feel. Super classy overall

Amazing high quality, durable, adjustable grinders. Been using daily for 18+ months. Tall enough to grab and use at a moments notice while cooking. Easy to clean/so easy to fill from the TOP! Texture has a soft velvety feel that gives a great grip so your hands don’t slide/slip while using. Unless they are dirty, easy to wipe down in the midst of cooking trauma. If you have BIG hands the XL size is for you. Plus they look elegant on a dinner table. Ensure you clean off any stains on the white one right away, I got a tomato stain that I didn’t see until a week later and I finally found a cleaner that removed the STAIN and did not damage the finish. ‘KRUD-KUTTER, in the paint aisle at hardware stores.
