Don’t have to take as much as other brands
Tried multiple brands of melatonin I always wake up groggy this brand has master it

Fantastic Product
The melatonin gummies never impressed me. I'd take them and some nights they'd work and other nights i'd still have trouble sleeping. These are fantastic. Every night I take them I get to bed exactly when I need to. Another plus is that since they're not gummies, they don't get stuck in my teeth like I chewed gum. I just take them and let them dissolve and it's like nothing ever happened. This is definitely going to be my new normal product.
