Will this work for sofa?. Im trying to stop my seat cushiona from sliding

I cannot say for sure but wow great idea .. I shall try the same ... they are very sticky but may need to be stitched to sofa for extra hold

Will this product work on fabric? (washable?)

I wouldn't expect it to hold up over time as it is sticky and not sewable. However, it really depends on the type of fabric and how often it will be washed. This hook and loop tape is very, very sticky so depending on use, it could hold up under pressure.
