The packaging says "No added preservative". The ingredients say INS 551. Technically, INS 551 is not a preservative. It is an anti-caking agent. Its official chemical name is Silicon Dioxide (often referred to as silica). While preservatives are used to prevent food from spoiling due to bacteria, mold, or yeast, INS 551 is used to prevent physical changes in the food—specifically, it stops powdered ingredients from sticking together. I don't know if it's possible, try not to add anti-caking agent.

I had a very bad and frightening experience after consuming a product from Good Monk. Soon after eating it, I developed severe rashes, swelling, and uncontrollable itching all over my body, including my face. This was not mild discomfort — it was a serious allergic reaction that forced me to stop immediately. This is completely unacceptable from a brand that claims to be “healthy” and “safe.” Such reactions raise serious questions about ingredient quality, testing, and transparency. Health-focused branding means nothing if the product can trigger reactions like this. I feel misled and unsafe using this product. People with allergies, sensitive skin, or existing health issues should stay away or consult a doctor first. No consumer should have to risk their health like this. Good Monk needs to take responsibility, improve quality control, and clearly warn consumers about possible reactions. I would not recommend this product at all based on my experience

I am feeling more energetic after i have started taking this supplement. Giving it to my child as well, without any problem he eats it because there is no change in taste.
