Excellent quality and great design. The wood making up the tripod is solid and beautiful. I’ve been looking at globes for sons time and glad I landed on the one!!!

It's a beautiful piece. But even this size globe might require a magnifying glass to see some of the smallest names. But I love that detail! The tripod is steadier if fully extended of course. I only have it partially extended since it is sitting on a raised hearth so my dog can't knock it over.

Love this. Initially thought it may not be worth the cost, however, the globe is detailed and textured. The tripod stand is sturdy and it's overall just a nice accent piece in my office.

Absolutely beautiful and well-made. Love the relief. We love to travel, so we placed it in our living room and refer to it often.

Upon first look, it appears beautiful, but closer examination leaves a lot to be desired with the details. Lines of latitude do not align, the equator is not straight, labels are cut off and there is a large dent in the South Atlantic. Much better detail is expected for almost $400.

Overall the globe looks great in our study room. Was little disappointed the lower half of the globe is slightly dented right at the point it meets the upper half of the globe. One of the rubber washers for the stand was damaged as well.

This is my first globe. And it is perfect. The mounting structure has a nice finish. The size of the labels on is not hard to read. It is not too heavy, so it will not handle being pushed by a robot vacume. I will need to protect it from being pushed.
