Quite stable /w a low jitter power supply
A few other reviews mention these are unstable. If you power the device with your average wall wart, you’re going to have a bad time. Power it with a decent quality linear supply and you’ll likely have much better results! One thing to note, it looks like these units are populated with used oscillators (not at all a shock given the price), so you’re rolling the dice buying these. I happened to get lucky and get an _extremely_ stable unit, it’s solid out to the 10nV region according to my Fluke PM6690.Also of note, when the picture was taken, the oscillator had been on for approximately 5 hours (as had PM6690) and I’d kept it tucked under the counter to lower the chance of air currents affecting it.

Not accurate
I tested this reference againt a GPSDO and found it to be almost 5 Hz off frequency. It could not be adusted any closer using the trim potentiometer.

Stability?
My Rigol 300 MHz oscilliscope has trouble triggering on the output? It's almost as if the output is not very stable.Granted - I've had little time to investigate it, but never had this trigger problem with any other oscillator or circuit. I'll try to remember to report back if I get to the bottom of it. Just be aware there "could" be a problem with these. Check / verify them when they arrive. (Don't wait until after the return policy expires.)

10MHz frequency standard
Worked as advertised and delivered on time

High out-of-box accuracy
Very impressive. Was less than 1/2Hz from WWV as delivered and untouched. The trimmer puts it on frequency to 1/10 Hz easily and possibly better provided you are willing to spend the time monitoring the beat on a signal strength meter. Very stable. I am putting this in a shielded box as stray capacity does affect it ... (minor effect, but if you want this kind of accuracy the shielding is needed or you are wasting your time synchronizing it closer than 1 Hz). The sine output is best for synching. The square wave output is handy for producing odd harmonics at higher frequencies. If you want to use this like the classical 1000kHz or 100kHz frequency standards you will need to add divide by 10 and/or 100 to the square wave output.
