Anecdotally I feel a significant surge of energy at day 4 of taking two capsules per day, one in the morning and the other in retiring. I’ve tried a lot of different brands abd find this one the most effective. Due to elevated energy levels my mood is also more upbeat making day to day chores less of a nuisance. I do recommend this brand and it’s worth a try. The capsules are torpedo shaped and easy to swallow, no tummy troubles.

I purchased this supplement because it helps me with my memory focusing and it seems to be a great anti-ageing supplement , i only bought 1 bottle so far but quickly i started to focus better as with ageing our memory tends to get affected , it helped me to concentrate more, improve cognitive function, i started to feel more energised as well , my skin looks a lot better and i am surely going to purchase more . I also used to be a smoker which had an impact on ageing and my skin , i also used to drink alchool socialy and this supplement seems to be a great antioxidant /detoxing .

I am a 68 year old pensioner, determined to do everything I can to live long and drop dead, 😉 ie to go on enjoying life to a ripe old age, enjoying healthy and fit wellbeing up to the very last day. And there is no doubt, from the work of Dr David Sinclair and others, that mitochondrial health, and more specifically, effective nourishment of the mitochondria of the cells through optimising levels of NAD+, is a major key to this. However, I am on a budget, and most of the patented precursors in the market, are out of reach for me. I have now ordered and enjoyed consuming two lots of this affordable product, and while I am, of course, an anecdotal sample size of n = 1, my strong intuition is that this Liposomal - [that does seem ideal for absorption] - Nicotinamide Riboside is every bit as effective as higher priced alternatives (and very possibly more so than some). My intuition (usually reliable) is that this supplier can be trusted (and I *am* well read and researched re all aspects of wellbeing - a very good athlete for my age, even if I do say so myself - and not easily duped). I wish my budget allowed me to take these capsules all the time, but even cycling them month on, month off, I am confident that I am benefitting significantly beyond any placebo effect, and am therefore confident to endorse and recommend this nutritional supplement. Would have liked an option to award four-and-a-half stars, and am saving the fifth one for when this vendor comes up with something even better still, and to encourage them to do so! 😉

I was excited to see nicotinamide riboside at a high dosage for a good price. I bought to try it out. They work great for me. I have taken various other brands, like True Niagen, and this works just as well, if not better. And the fact that it has pterostilbene included is an added bonus. Now I don't have to buy that supplement separately. I just get it in this. I will be a returning customer.

I just really wish it were third party tested. It says it's 'batch tested'. I have absolutely no other reason not to recommend it. I believe that the TMG is important to take alongside any NAD boosters, and this product has both. But as for the quality of the ingredients, one can have absolutely no idea, and I sincerely request that the producers get it third-party tested. I've been taking it for a couple of years now with no ill effects – I can say that at least.
