For a while this could be bought for £19 here on Amazon??? At that price it's a fantastic piece of kit, easy to use good strong bluetooth link and sounds pretty good. I also own a Bose unit that cost £169 which does do better, so it should at 10x the price of Super M. If you find the bass lacking the source equaliser can and does help along with the sound track being a of good quality. But the Super M excels over the Bose in sound to weight ratio e.g. great to take in the handbag or a coat pocket. At a price of £77 not such a bargain but still good. The one thing it does lack (shame) is skip forward or back to tracks. It's not unidirectional e.g. sound comes out of one side only, on the Super M it comes equally out of front and back great for patio table put it in the middle sounds good to everyone. I have found for some reason speech is great e.g. sports commentary etc, oh and yes if linked to you mobile can be used as a hands free.

A great little Bluetooth speaker. I am really pleased with this speaker It has very high volume for such a small device, easily fills large spaces, I used in my large polytunnel and there was no problem with sound or connection. The sound is very clear on mid and high notes, there is a very slight distortion in bass on the highest volume on bassy music, however if volume adjusted ever so slightly lower this is not a problem and lower sound level is not really noticeable. Bluetooth connection is very easy and fast and I have not had any problems with losing connection. It is a very well made speaker and has a nice weight to it, not cheap and plasticy like some others. Can either be hung by attached handle or sits on its flat edge. Came in beautiful packaging too! It is exactly what I was hoping for in an easily portable outside bluetooth speaker. I would not hesitate to recommend, in fact I recommended to family members who also purchased.

Excellent product, so far it has survived water proof tests. Small and light meaning easy to take with you, easily fits in your pocket, when inside it's easily loud enough for an average size room. It wouldn't be loud enough for a big party but you wouldn't expect it to be. Works well outdoors as well. One improvement would be to be able to tell it to stop searching for Bluetooth, instead, if you have it plugged into your laptop, when turned on it will automatically try to connect Bluetooth first and will keep trying to connect for a good 5/10 minutes. Overall it is a good speaker, works well with loud and low volumes, and can be used in a group or on your own as is loud enough. The speakers on both sides creates a good surround sound atmosphere for movies. So far I am very pleased with it.

This speaker is only good for a few weeks, then it developed an annoying vibration from the speakers, music quality now is poor, and the customer service may as well be non existant. Emailed them about the problems months ago and still no reply.

I knew from start what I wanted to buy; a good sound quality, sturdy and sand resistant bluetooth speaker so I can carry it on the beach. Not only it's extremely well from the sound's point of view, it's rubber is ver high quality, usage is super simple and bluetooth connection's radius is up to 10 meters. So, although a bit more expensive, it's worth every penny. I recommend it.

Bought as a replacement. Speaker crackled out of the box. Disappointing

Love this speaker, the price is very reasonable and the sound is great. I've used the Bose before and it has a bit better sound quality and if your only using it in your house then ok get that one, but the durability, (sand/water resistant), speakers on either side make this a all around practical no brainer. It's great taking it to the beach, golfing, hanging it on the stroller, you name it, it's a perfect fit for an active lifestyle.

UPDATE LESS THAN 2 YEARS LATER: speakers sound is now coming out garbled, sounds like the speakers are blown. Will be looking for a replacement but not this model. Original review: Good sound quality and surprisingly loud for its size. I use it in the garage/backyard and its perfect for bbq's where you want music in the background but not "club volume" music. Only downgrade is I wish the battery life was longer - seems you can get 3-4 hours on a full battery.
