Great product which allows you to get more use out of your expensive flashlight.
Simple but effective product. Allows me to use a very high power flash light I already own for night mountain biking. It is very easy to mount and is super stable. Makes the purchase of an expensive, bike specific flashlight not necessary.

This product is much cooler than the boring sales language suggests.
Application: I ride at night and prefer to use 2 bright lights, one on the bike and one on my head. My first use for this mount is on my helmet. Yes, a flashlight on my head looks ridiculous, but it's dark and no one sees how I'm lighting up the path. And if you want to use this on a handlebar, it's sturdy. Product I replaced: I grew so tired of the traditional, holster-style flashlight mounts. I bought this mount so I could move flashlights in an out of the mount rapidly. Quality: Excellent. The mount is a high-quality plastic/nylon and the bands are strong. Just in case, they give you 2 of each band. Versatility: The variety of possible configurations surprised me. The concave fittings can be parallel or perpendicular. Each of the concave sides features a different diameter, so if one side does not fit your flashlight perfectly, flip it and try the other side. There is a small band and a medium band and those can be moved to either of the 2 concave sides. Upon first installation, my configuration gave my flashlight a good fit. After some experimentation, I achieved an excellent fit. Conclusion: This product has been designed well. The insides of the concave holders, for example, have gripping ribs to hold the flashlight. It's a compact, effective solution and I wish I had discovered it earlier.

Works fine, easy to install, and inexpensive.
I had some el cheapo lights on my bike that I do ride in the dark. The rear light flashed red - perfect. The front light had 3 modes; bright, not very bright, and flashing. Trouble is the front light was better for people to see me than for me to see. I have a Nite Ize rechargeable flashlight (the Radiant Rechargeable Utility Light purchased right here on Amazon) that is versatile and pretty bright. SO I bought this universal light mount. It installs easy enough and you will most likely need to adjust the mount so the frame is orientated so the flashlight aims forward. You'll need a smaller phillips head screwdriver to do this. Unscrew the screw, rotate the base 1/4 turn, tighten the screw and you are good to go. This morning was the maiden voyage. My flashlight was fully charged and installed on the bike and away I went. After aiming it, all was good. I ride through some areas where lighting is non existent in places. I was able to see people walking well before I got close to them. The mount held the flashlight where I aimed it. It did wiggle a bit hitting bumps but that is to be expected. This mount will not cushion the ride of the flashlight but I try to avoid hitting the big bumps as there are other consequences in doing so... Having only used this one time, I like it. I don't love it - yet. I like that the mount came with 2 extra rubber bands because I'm sure over time one of them will brake and need replacing. If nothing else, I'll find some similar sized O rings and see how they work. I have a much smaller flashlight that I may test out in the future. Should things change with this mount, I will update the review.

Works for us.
Works well for our usage. Use with a regular small compact LED flashlight. No longer needing "bike light". Will order another for second bike.

solid option
If you have an olight and want to bike with it, this is the way to go. im sure many other lights will work as long as they are in the size limits. the grasp is firm and easy to attatch with a solid build quality. comes with spare straps. 100% worth it

Works well
I bought a couple of these because I have more than one bike. Easy to use your own flashlight and use it as a headlight. I use my Fenix and my Nitecore flashlights as headlamps and since they are super bright I can really light up the road. There is a little bite of wiggling of the flashlight when you are riding and would be a lot of wiggling if you are doing off road riding in the dark though so far with mine, my light always goes back to where I have aimed the light when I attach it so it has not been a problem for me. If you ride very rough trails in the dark this might not be the best choice since a steady light off road is pretty important.

Simple and quick installation
I carry a light with me whenever I ride. I might get stuck in a shaded area at dusk and need some light for a repair. When I saw this I knew it would fit the bill. It is light, low profile and installs in under a minute. It comes with 2 large straps and 2 small straps. The small strap is a tough stretch over thicker MTB bars but it does the job and is secure. The included wrench allows you to change the position for either type of light whether you have a 90 degree angled lamp or a standard flashlight. Pros: Should fit all bikes and lights. **You could fit a 3 D-Cell light if you wanted but it would be annoyingly huge. Low profile and lightweight. Installs and uninstalls in under a minute- just strap it on and go! Cons Being that the bands are like rubber the light might be secure, but it will likely result in a bouncing beam unless you have a single CR123 or maybe a single AA light where most of the flashlight is pressed against the bracket. Not a good permanent option. If you want a more permanent long-term mounting option look at something that has actual hardware.

Decent for road bikes
Connecting a good flashlight to your bike is a terrific lighting option. But, unfortunately, few good connectors exist. (Hint: I've tried many.) This one is simple and fairly inexpensive, but it's not particularly "strong"; rather, it's "wiggly" because the light is held only by thick O-rings. It's perfectly fine for a road bike on relatively smooth pavement with a well-balanced light. As others have noted, it's terrible for mountain biking, or bumpy roads, or really heavy or unbalanced lights. So, buyer beware; for limited use case, it's a perfect fine connector.

I commute on bike , use this for my back up light - glad I bought it little wobble on my longer lights , I buy olight and Fenix . I'm glad I bought it though - I recommend for those who want to put their pocket light on the handle bars .
