We made mango margaritas with this product and dipped the rims of the glasses in lime juice and then in Tajin seasoning. Best margarita I’ve ever had. Tastes like right off the tree puréed mango.

Fabulous product in a fresh sealed pour spout bag ready to mix drinks weather you want to mix alcohol or just a virgin smoothie but I recommend tossing it in the freezer before use to make Mango Margarita’s for the holiday

Has a syrupy taste. Pretty expensive compared to the same product that you can buy in France. Otherwise, not bad.

I bought the Passion Fruit Puree from this brand and loved it - thin/watery quality and tart flavor. The Mango Puree is much, much thicker and sweeter - not the most delicious option for the cocktail I was trying to recreate

I was going to use this mango purée in my baking. I am really upset that there doesn’t seem to be a way to get a refund. It smelled great as the puree leaked all over my kitchen floor when I first opened the package, bummer I won’t get to actually taste it, it was a mess and also got the other item that was in the same envelope(?) completely covered in mango purée. I’ve had a similar thing happen a week ago with the bottles of golden syrup that I had ordered. These leaked as well and were a sticky mess. Do not order these kinds of liquid items as the packaging is atrocious and you’ll end up with a mess. Worst thing is I can’t even get a refund.

Fantastic swift delivery and well packed. This is a pure mango purée suitable to make the mango crisps I wanted for a dessert recipe. I am delighted with the results of using it in my dehydrator. I now have the desired crisps to wow my guests and boy, do they taste good.

Although this is primarily marketed as a fruit purée for cocktails I bought this mango purée to use in food preparations. Normally I but the Merchant Gourmet Chef's Purée, but I thought I would give this one a try and I'm certainly happy that I did. Firstly the flavour is great, the purée is made simply with 90% mango and 10% sugar, it’s not too sweet and the taste of the mango is really fresh. A small thing but I really like the pouch they come in, its shape makes it easy to squash into a corner of a full fridge and the nozzle ensures it’s easy to pour without making a mess. The purée has a great shelf life (over a year on the two I received) and once opened is good for 8 days. After I’d used this for the recipes I had planned I still had over ½ a pouch left so I just poured it straight into my ice cream machine as it was and it made a lovely mango sorbet with very little effort on my part at all! The Funkin range of purées is now my go to choice, really happy I gave them a try. Would highly recommend.
