Can this be worn while swimming and dried out afterward?

I haven't tried it for swimming but my guess is it probably could!

I'm a woman with 12.5 flabby measurement (soft), should I get Medium (10-12") or large (12"-16") I need the compression?

My suggestion is to go with the large. This support is adjustable with Velcro. I am using it for a torn bicep muscle and the compression is excellent for me. This for me has been a great solution for me to avoid surgery.
