These as such a great alternative to gels. I’ve been using them for all my long runs for marathon training and they’ve been really effective. They taste good and I feel a quick boost of energy that’s long lasting. They are easy to use and can be stashed in a pocket 😊

I am a long time runner - I’ve done 25 marathons, I run XC and track as well as all distances of road races. I’ve have tried all sorts of energy gels, bars, etc over the years and these little bytes are a game changer in the industry. I’ve been using them for the past few months - particularly helpful for a boost on a long run and excellent to have a couple before a race. They have an excellent flavour and don’t make you jittery with just the right amount of caffeine. I’ve now got a regular subscription- which I’ve never done for my energy gels- and look forward to using these in my training and racing going forward.

I found I became dependant of energy drinks recently and hated the amount of crap they contained. So I gave these a try and love them! Ok they do have a weird bitter taste but I think caffeine gums also have this and the taste of the sweet is really nice so it's fine. The hit of caffeine is pretty instant and a decent amount to wake me up without leaving me jittery like the energy drinks do (monster or red bull) so perfect for an afternoon pick me up for someone who doesn't drink coffee! Highly recommend.

The taste is absolutely horrendous and disgusting. I expected better, as they are very expensive. Not worth it, I was so excited for these and I am very disappointed. There is of course no way to return them, either.

Great energy boost for my running workouts. I love the new texture, hard to choose what flavour to order because they are all delicious. These work really well!!

I read all the reviews before I purchased and no one mentioned how bitter these taste, so may just be me? But the taste was really bad I would have to eat something immediately after to take the taste away. Also they are quite expensive when you only get 15 in a box and your meant to take two at a time up to 5 a day. So three days worth. I will be repurchasing because other than the taste they do what they say on the box!

Excellent product. The B12 works in conjunction with the caffeine as the perfect kickstart to the day. I’ve found it’s great to couple up 3 gummies with L-theanine, for additional focus. All 3 flavours are unique, tasty and great to switch up. Unlike seemingly most market competitors - This product does not include artificial, microbiome-compromising sweeteners, and does not include overused vitamins such as folic acid (B9). These are now a staple in my morning and gym routines.

I picked this product basically at random, simply knowing I didn’t want to faff around with preworkout powder. Can definitely notice a difference in my workouts after taking one of these; clearer energy result than my old trick of drinking a strong coffee before workout. my only advice would be do not take it in the evening as you may struggle to sleep. Otherwise very happy and will continue to use these
