Very nice as keyboard station monitors and as A/B on final production for translation issues.The distance to rear wall from monitor will significantly change bass response as rear ported. So distance as required.

I just got these tiny Finnish powered monitors today. I am truly amazed of how good they sound from the beginning without 20+ hours of burn-in time. Music sounds clean, tight, powerful, and transparent. Considering the woofers are only 3 inches, the amount of bass these speakers produced is tight and extraordinary. Don't get me wrong, it will not beat an excellent bigger speaker. The sound it produces is nothing short of amazing. I find myself enjoying the music without having to wait until the speakers are broken-in. Even comparing to my other music systems that are 10-20 times more expensive, I think that I would be very happy with these diminutive Finnish powered monitors with my iPod Classic as my only music system in my house. And that's extraordinary. ! ! !
