Q: Looked all over for filters can’t find this type do you have site to go to please

Go to the water tech website. The filters are the exact one that goes in it and they do cost more than you would think, but in 6 years, I’ve bought 2. Just make sure you rinse them out every time

Q: How do you empty the water out of it when you pull it out of the pool? Do you lose all that water or do you have to sit there and let it drain out?

Take it out, remove the pole, and lay out on the ground. Then open it and let the water drain on the ground. Try to not let it drain in the pool, it's contaminated and will reintroduce yuck back into the pool.

Q: What sturdier pole could I purchase that is comparable with this cleaner?

I use the standard pole we have been using for leaf skimmer net, brush etc. it fits this vacuum also. The plastic pole that comes with the unit is too small and flimsy.
