does the work. its a little clumsy, but then its also priced accordingly. Good for occasional use.

Good quality and measurement

I purchased A vernier Caliber from a different supplier it was really horrible not upto the mark. But This one is very accurate and precise. And even the supplier sent 2 numbers extra batteries, I'm really happy and I strongly recommend only thing it is out of plastic. Ok for the price

Because it is made of plastic, it show some difference.in reading. Metal vernier calipers are better.

Calibration is not good.

Bought it for 490 INR. It came with two CR2032 3v batteries, one inside the caliper but with a plastic piece to prevent it from discharging, and another in the pack. It turns off automatically after some time but they've also provided an Off button which is nice. Metric and imperial are both supported and there's a button to switch between them. I used these calipers to get the exact length and width of the Gelid thermal pad I needed to cut out for my 2280 SSD, as well as to figure out how said SSD + pad + heatsink would fit in my Asus RoG Ally and letting me understand which backplate supports I needed to trim so they wouldn't press on the SSD's heatsink. It even showed me the difference in millimeters between the silicone strap and the rest of the SSD (see pics). If I didn't think of buying this beforehand I would've had to eyeball and guesstimate it, and ended up either trimming too many of them or not enough.

Does a reasonable job of a vernier calliper. Although a little cheap build. The product is made entirely of plastic and I would have preferred a stainless steel one. But otherwise does a decent job. The digital display is good and displays out the measurement accurately.

I saw this tool when looking at watches on line that everyone seemed to be using to show the watch face measurement. I assumed it was some expensive tool for watch collectors. Looked it up on Amazon and it was only about $8. I am not a collector but have a few watches and like to buy certain sizes. Bought this and it works great, very simple to use, seems well made, came with batteries and a regular old tape measure so you can measure your wrist as well. So far very impressed, worked exactly as I expected it to right out of the box. Also has a nice little plastic case for storage.

I had very low expectations for a pair of plastic calipers. Being plastic I wouldn't recommend them for machining but they could be useful at the desk to measure parts that you are trying to model in CAD. The repeatability is excellent. Spot on every time for 20 cycles in a row. I bought them to make a tail stock "DRO" and I thought plastic jaws would be easier to cut off then hardened stainless but now I think I might get another pair or two for measuring for 3D printing where super high accuracy is not required. Came with a battery preinstalled (with a plastic pull tab) and two spares in what has to be the most odd shaped case I've every seen. Overall, for low precession work like 3D printing, I would 100% recommend.

Great value; comes with 2 backup batteries in addition to the battery that already comes in it, a measuring tape, a nice plastic case, and functions exactly as advertised. Accurate to 1 decimal in millimeters and 2 decimals in inches. Isn’t as smooth and precise as an expensive set and is adjusted by pushing the head across the ruler rather than a rotating device, but that’s to be expected for a basic set.

Cheap. Works. Accurate. Has a case. Enuf said.
