What is the pink part for?

The pink and other colors are the outside of the atomizer. You turn it to allow the spray head to rise -push the gold colored spray head down to dispense fragrance-then turn the pink outside to lower the spray head . Basically it is a container 🙄

Does the 4-package come with one pipette per bottle? Or just one pipette per package?
