Can you turn the LED display of the battery/power level on and off?

Battery says it is fully charged and ready for use. Appears to turn on with the display saying which level the fan will work at. But the fan does not turn.

Does this fan oscillate?

It does not, you can manually change the angle/position of the fan on the axis of rotation but it does not automatically oscillate

How do you know if the battery is charging? Been charging two hours and still no power.

It says in the description to .. it takes 5 hours to fully charge. It should display for you the temp and level of charge that’s left. Hope this helps.
