Don't let the size and cost foo you.
I bought this to do heat transfer vinyl with. I have No intention of making a career out of doing this. It is something for me to do for my family farm hats. I purchased the hats, heat transfer vinyl And this little tiny iron and together they make a wonderful combination. It gets hot enough to make the vinyl stick very well. Very easy to manage and takes up very little space and you cannot beat the cost. Do not let its tiny size fool you.It works very well. Now if you want to iron shirts and pants with it I would suggest spending the extra money to go ahead and get a bigger one but if you are doing small crafts with it this is perfect.

Too small for my projects, better for tiny tasks
I ordered this Mini Craft Iron / Mini Heat Press Machine hoping it would work for my small vinyl and patch projects, but it ended up being much smaller in person than I expected and didn’t work out for the projects I had in mind. What I liked: It’s truly compact great if you need something portable for quick, very small fixes or travel. Lightweight and easy to store. What I didn’t like: Size: It’s significantly smaller than I anticipated. If you need to press anything larger than tiny patches or very small transfers, this won’t cut it. Performance for my projects: It didn’t deliver the pressure or coverage I needed for the vinyl and heat-transfer projects I usually make. Because of its small plate size, it required multiple presses and repositioning, which made the job frustrating and inconsistent. Not ideal for serious crafting: If you do frequent or larger craft projects, you’ll likely want a standard-sized heat press or a larger mini press with a wider plate. Who this is for: Good as a travel or emergency tool for very small patches, quick fixes, or small craft experiments. Not recommended as your main tool if you plan to do regular heat-transfer vinyl, larger patches, or professional-looking results. Overall: Cute and handy for tiny jobs, but disappointing if you expect it to replace a full-size heat press. If you only need something for occasional, very small tasks it might be okay otherwise look for a larger, more powerful option.

Ineffective
The plug falls out of the iron very easily, requiring me to hold it in with one hand while ironing with the other hand. It also does not get very hot. To iron both sides of a perler bead craft takes me 15 minutes of having the iron on it.

Nice for small sewing and craft projects.
This is a little smaller than expected and takes a little time to heat up but for the price I’m not complaining. It’s also very light which helps me with my permanently injured shoulder.

Worked for a few times. Last time I tried to use it, it wouldn’t heat up! Too late to return

Cute little iron. Works great for small projects however the cord is really short. I’m right handed and find the cord gets in the way, cord should come out from the end of the iron.
