So glad to receive the Braun new cutter head. My son has a very tough beard and this cutter head cuts that beard. He is happy to happy to have a smooth face again.

Like other reviewers this product is absolute junk. Doesn't fit right, the shaver labors to run with it installed, and it cuts you because there's gaps ... which let's the blades get to your skin. I've never been so disgusted with a purchase. Junk!

Product fit but was not same as original after a couple of days shaver seem to adapt so it works and cuts ok then 5 months into use it fell apart Had to order a different one

Terrible product.

I was a bit suspicious when the top of the package was cut off. I tried to shave with it only to get pinched skin and a cut lip. Sent back this junk and ordered a genuine Braun. I have learned my lesson

Maybe this shaver heard was stored too long in the warehouse, or subject to humidity as it is no better than the old head it replaced.
