Perfect fit; won’t damage pin connector!
WAY BETTER than the others! This lock from BEM won’t cut and damage the plastic housing surrounding the terminal pins like the one from VTT. Strong, hoping it won’t get tested but sure feels right. Easy to install, takes bit of effort to snug into place. Advice: take your time screwing in the retaining screw to avoid damage to the threads; make sure it’s going in smooth with slight effort.

BEWARE - Does NOT fit any Honda vehicle that I tried it on!
Beware! This OBD II lock does NOT fit Honda’s. This is due to the two internal bevels that can be seen in my first picture. I tried it on my 2019 Honda Pilot Elite as well as our new Honda Civic CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. It’s a shame because the item is made out of stainless steel and would be difficult to defeat. I’m not sure what type of vehicle that they designed this to fit.

Locks Keep Honest People Out
This device works well. It fit two vehicles that I tried it on. A 2005 GTO and a 2019 Cadillac CTS. I purchased this after comparing several online and reading their reviews. This one does have a square hole that accommodates the nub on the OBD2 housing. As pointed out in another review this could be an access point to disable the lock function. I was thinking of a piece of sheet metal to cover the hole could be a fix. However, as I titled this review, locks are only a deterrent to the opportunistic thief so I think this device does it adequately. It will at least slow them down and make the score more difficult.

Works on 2017 silverado, won't work on 2023 Audi S6
Bought this for my Audi. Audi has plastic around the OBD port so the lock wouldn't fit. I ground the sides of the lock down and it fit, but the part of the lock that grabs the tab on the OBD port can't lock on because of all the material Audi put around the port. But it fits very well on my Chevy.

Costly but worth it to me
Used this on a tuned aftermarket modded s550 Mustang so the dealership doesn’t brick my car. Fits perfectly. Easy to use. Solid. Does what it’s supposed to. I have taken it on and off multiple times and I see no signs of wear to the lock or the port. Expensive for what it is but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of great options out there. One time I took a car in with a simple tune and no other mods. I removed the tune before bringing it in. I told them “don’t put software on my car”. I came out and my car had a new version of factory software. It took me upgrading my tune and tuner to fix it. It took hours. This little thing would have saved me a lot of time and aggravation.

Good design, but appreciate its limitations.
As other have said, if you are using this as part of an effort to defeat thieves, it isn't perfect, as a motivated thief could jam a screwdriver into the tab window and pry the Tune Saver off. But, that would have to be quite a motivated thief who recognizes the design and is willing to spend the time and potentially break the OBD port along the way. One suggestion: Once you have the Tune Saver locked on, cut a small piece of black electrical tape and put it over the tab window on the sliding piece. Otherwise, while nothing is going to defeat a professional thief who really wants your car, here are some other options to slow thieves down or give you a chance of early recovery: 1. Keep your keys in a Faraday wallet. 2. Hide some AirTags in the body and interior areas, using TagVaults. Clip the speakers out first. 3. Use a Club; face it toward the dash. 4. Install a hidden kill switch. 5. Move the real OBD port elsewhere and leave the original as a dummy.

OBDII PORT LOCK
My truck has become the most stolen vehicle in Canada. If this can stop them in anyway it’s a great product. Very easy to install.

Fait le job mais trop cher pour de que c’est
À l’air robuste, mais excessivement cher par rapports aux produits chinois tout aussi robuste mais avec une serrure plus secure certes.Mais surtout je pense que le vendeur abuse sur l’offre et la demande. Car à peine acheté, le prix déjà excessif a augmenté de 40€ … de 150€ à 190€ !!!

Easy to install, 30 seconds, solid item

Excellent item - does not fit Australian cars
Unfortunately this would not fit on the OBD2 ports on any of my Australian cars (including a RHD converted Ram 1500 or VT Commodore). I say unfortunately as it is a very well made piece of kit and would be ideal for what I wanted if it fitted. The ‘key’ is an excellent design and would make the unit very hard to remove if you did not have the key.
