How long will it take to heat up on the dashboard of a 2014 Land Rover on a hot Summer day?

Define a hot summer day! If you put it there by 8 am and keep the vehicle closed up it might be ready about lunch time.

Uncle bens ready rice Spanish style package said expired 30 days ago would it still be good

That might be a question for the company. Expectation dates are mysterious. But the package is sealed and unless it's puffy it is probably ok

is this rice parboiled? not simply patially cooked....but parboiled? i'm on a low fodmap diet and cannot do parboiled. sorry uncle ben

This rice is completely cooked. It's just like you cooked it at home, let it cool, and packaged it. You just warm this up.
