Item arrived completely destroyed. There was no visual damage to the shipping box at all, but the internal packing was a giant wad of paper that looked to have crushed the item because it was so tightly packed. The factory packaging is nothing but a small baggy with absolutely not structural protection. These parts are extremely delicate and they really need to rethink their packing method. Returned and refunded, but disappointed. Also, if you are thinking this is going to be an "easy fix" (if it does get to you in one piece). Think again. The original gimbal piece is virtually impossible to remove without damaging the rest of the gimbal. I never did get mine off, and decided to glue the broken legs back on after the replacement arrived broken. Glue worked as far as holding the legs together, but being that I had pried and prodded on the gimble trying to remove the top pivot arm I now have a "Gimbal stuck" error message on my app that I can't clear and the gimbal will not calibrate. It still moves around when I power on the drone, but won't work while in flight.

Good luck on replacing this item if you can pull it out of the bearing, i’m returning this and just gonna get the whole brace and gimbal housing

I should have noted the previous comment. That person was correct. It seems impossible to get the bearing pried away from the mount. I could not find any videos showing this. I will have to try gluing the old pieces and hope for the best.

It's design reduces the vibration generated by the drone during flight. I have given it low marks because I have received 3 of them broken because of improper packaging during shipment. This is a very delicate item that needs to be properly packed in a padded or bubble-packed box or bag that will withstand strong knocks and pressures against it.
