Quantity not so good
Dont let the bag full you. This one is probably not as advertised in volume specified and is probably 1/2-3/4 quart short of the 2 quart volume although i did not measure. If you looking to do more than 2 plants you’ll need a few bags depending on bulb size . This is good perlite though

I love this from my plants
I absolutely love this chunky perlite grade 4 because it helps with oxygen and also helps with holding moisture at the same time so it really has helped my plants thrive! I use this for my bigger plants than I use the smaller for light for my baby ones but I definitely recommend getting grade 4 perlite and very dusty either all of it is dusty, but it’s still a bit of water on it and you’re OK and it’s perfect value if you’re making your own soil mixture

Smaller bag than expected, but great stuff.
It's very nice and clean. Exactly the texture I needed. However, I really expected a 2Qt bag to be bigger. It's super light stuff, and so the bag was only about 10"x12"x3" (I'm completely approximating, I didn't take a ruler to it). Thankfully, I don't need a lot, and it's WAY less expensive than I found at any local garden shops.

Great value
Great value if you make your own seed starting mix. The product does have a fair amount of dust in the bag and a little dusty when scooping out small amounts at a time. However, the seller made sure to speak about this and to use in a well-ventilated area. The dust doesn’t bother me as I am very happy with the quality of the product, particle size, and how easy it is to mix into small or large batches.

DO NOT BUY
This is supposed to be 20 quarts, which equals 5 gallons. It is maybe half that amount. See the first photo where it’s next to a five gallon bucket. Twenty quarts should fill it to the brim and you can see it wouldn’t nearly do that. The other photo shows the bag I received next to a 8 quart bag that I purchased locally on my way to return this item. They are about the same size. The local one was also cheaper. I read the reviews complaining about being shorted on quantity. Silly me for not paying attention, but I didn’t read them all and I thought maybe they were a mistake. Now I’ve read more of them and I see that many others buying the 20 quart size had the same experience. This is not a mistake. It seems deliberate. Do not buy. A total rip off.

Check the size before you buy
Two quarts of perlite is a pretty small amount. If you just need a little, this might be the brand for you. I was disappointed at the small amount for the price. Perlite is perlite if you need it to lighten the soil, it does a good job.
