Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions Metabolism Booster Supplement, 60 Count

Not sure if they work. If I feel a difference later, I will come back and say so. I really like nature's bounty supplements. I use their Nail, Hair, Skin vitamins and those definitely help my nails grow.

I've been happy with this supplement so far. After taking it consistently, I noticed an improvement in my metabolism and felt like my body was processing food more efficiently. It's easy to take, and I didn't have any issues adding it to my daily routine. While everyone may have different results, I've had a positive experience and feel that it has been a helpful addition to my wellness routine. Overall, I'm satisfied with this product and would purchase it again.

Love this product so far i think I did three bottles lost 8 pds I was 2 something I'm down 193 I'm glad need to lose 13 pds to get to 180 will be happy with that I did exercise not alot plus ate before 8pm ....

Worked really well for the first few weeks, then wasn't noticing much different. I ended up trying a different one after but will probably go back to this

I have been taking for five days. I have noticed a slightly lowered appetite. I’ve gained 6/10 pound since the beginning. I have noticed NO increase in energy, as others have reported. I was nauseated during the first two days, but that has subsided. I ordered two bottled and will continue to take it until they are gone. At that time, I will decide if it works and whether to order more. I will review further if I see improved energy or weight loss.

These work good and when I use them consistently I loose weight which I’m down 4 pounds within a week. Suppressed appetite. The only issue is I’m running out and they have upped the price to almost 28 dollars when I first purchase these back in 2025 they were 12 dollars at the most !! Works but to pricey

I’ve been on this for about a month and I’ve seen exactly no difference. I take several herbal supplements. This is by far and away the most expensive per day. I’ve trained for a bodybuilding competition before. I would never recommend this supplement for a trying to close weight. I tend to be a very strict with my eating, but I’m all or non. I’m either on it, or I’m eating complete garbage. I started Weight Watchers three months ago and I’m down 5 pounds. It might not seem like much but I’m only trying to lose those last 10 pesky pounds and I’m halfway there. These pills made zero difference at all. In fact, since I started these pills last month, I lost almost nothing. Buying the 2 pack and getting the subscription discount of these supplements still costs over $15 a month. I pay $11 a month for Weight Watchers. I can tell you which one is doing me more good and helping my physical and mental health. Weight Watchers is cheaper per month than these supplements and can change your life and improve your relationship with food. If it doesn’t work, it’s still cheaper than these stupid pills. Great price , didn’t notice any taste , gave me more of an energy boost and I will definitely buy again
