Question 1

are the crystals real?

Accepted Answer

I wouldn’t bank on it. They’re pretty and make good decoration, especially the bottles, but the fluorite didn’t glow under uv so I didn’t bother checking if the rest were real. I bought for the herbs and tools anyway so I don’t mind getting my crystals from an in person shop to make sure they’re real before I buy them.

Question 2

How do I contact the manufacturer? I placed an order, but it won’t ship. Amazon customer service says manufacturer didn’t update item was out of stock

Accepted Answer

I believe them to be genuine. Yes.

Question 3

Candle holders seem to be too big for the candles, how do I use them?

Accepted Answer

Thank you for your question.

Our candle holders are designed to fit a variety of candle sizes, giving you more options for your decor. To achieve the best results, we suggest following these steps when using our candle holders:

1. Light your candle.
2. Tilt the lit candle over the candlestick, allowing a few drops of wax to fall onto the center of the candlestick.
3. Carefully position the candle in the holder.
4. Allow a few seconds for the wax to cool and harden, securing the candle in place.

We've included a helpful video for a visual demonstration of this method.

Feel free to ask additional questions.

With love, Wyspell!
