What is the actual size of this coffee maker? It seems small...

Very small - great for small work desk. 1 cup serving at a time.

what is the height from the piece the cup stands on to the spout under the coffee maker?

Sorry, can’t answer, it was a gift for my grandbaby. I don’t have it.

How tall are the cups that come with the set? i have some 5” cups that i’d like they to be able to use with it for play... would they work? thankyou

These are like 3 inches or so, I think 5 would be too big.
