I cook. I don't especially enjoy it and am I'm not great at it. I don't want complicated, fancy or special. I just want to do the thing and get on with life. This pan works for me. It isn't very heavy and it heats up fast. Better, the heat distribution is really good. I didn't realize how bad my old pan was. The non-stick is actually non-stick. The handle is metal, so starting on the stove and moving to the oven is possible. The texture in the pan is rough and I'm not sure how durable it is. I don't want to rub it off. What matters to me is that cleaning this is not annoying. The non-stick works, and I'll I've needed to do is wipe, rinse and dry. It takes 10 seconds. Fantastic. This isn't annoying to use and it exceeded expectations. It's a surprisingly good pan. I wish I'd bought a slightly larger diameter. Maybe worth buying a second.

I like this pan a lot. I also consider non-stick pans a consumable, to be used for a short while and then sent off to Goodwill. My pan was never over heated, never put in the dishwasher, never used to fry anything and never used with anything except a silicone spatula. My stove top is induction and the pan was never used at temperatures that were anything but below medium, #5 out of eleven on the control knob. The coating became somewhat darkened on the flat cooking surface after about four months and food started to stick some. I intended to reorder the identical pan but it is out of stock now, and has been for months. I liked it so much that I order a three pack of these in different sizes after using this pan, and returned them immediately. They were a completely different design. I believe they did not have the aluminum core that this pan did. They were very light weight and clearly not the same quality as this pan. Amazon currently has a two pack available that I believe contains this 10" pan plus an 11" pan. I'm going to order them in hopes I receive the same quality pans.

Have had this several months now and hasn't worn down. Great finish still. Great for eggs, slide right out of pan. Excellent ity. If I get a year or two from it I will be happy. So far so good. I only use scratch resistant utensils and take care when washing and its holding up.

This is much more non stick than another ceramic pan of this size, in fact the best at cooking without sticking and easiest to clean than any I have had. Also seems to stand up well to scrubbing and some use of metal utensils as long as you don't let it get too hot. I especially like that I can use it on my induction stovetop and cooks very evenly without any hot or cool spots. I wish that it came with a glass top, the one I have from my last pan of this size doesn't fit perfectly. I have cooked eggs very evenly without oil and no sticking.

Works well! No oil needed but can be used if desired. Cooks evenly, True non stick with correct temperature used. Cleans easily! Will scratch with metal utensils so only non scratch ones as instructed! Keeps attractive blue color!

An awesome little pan! The best I have ever used. Just make sure you get the version with the thicker stainless steel bottom (not the thin plain aluminum). This must be the one that Project Farm reviewed on youtube. It heats up nicely and can put a nice sear on a hamburger, can cook nice eggs/omelettes or grill cheese sandwiches. Really no complaints so far. I have bought several highly reviewed pans on amazon/walmart where the non-stick finish flaked off in a month. This coating is still perfect looking- It has only been a few months, but so far it cooks very well and wasn't expensive.

I bought this because it was the best rated by project farm (who is amazing) on youtube. It's good quality and works great initially, but eventually the non stick coating wears off and the top and bottom of the pan burns and becomes very dark.

I have only used this a couple of times and as expected, nothing stuck. Used to fry bacon & eggs without oil or butter and both were cooked perfectly. The pan is easy to clean and hopefully it all remains this way.

I’ve used the pan for about 6 months. Very sturdy and good to cook in. You can cook most things without oil which is great. It cooks hotter than most other pans. It’s slightly on the small side, so if in doubt, go a size up. I’ve noticed some discoloration of the surface after a while and I didn’t use oil, so that’s the only downside. It’s otherwise held up really well and the surface is strong and lives up to its non-stick reputation, as does the handle. I’d get another one if it didn’t involve the premium I paid of getting it imported.

This frying pan is amazing! No oil used and nothing sticks to the pan. So glad I purchase this. Works better than any frying pan I've owned.
