Included in box: - 1 x gel disc disc (15cm diameter) - 1 x neoprene wrap (25x55cm) APPLICATION: Cold: Place pack in freezer for 1 hour for optimal usage. Hot: Flatten pack in microwave turntable, unobstructed not touching the inner walls. Heat for 35 seconds on max power (based on 600W microwave – shorten the timings for higher powered microwaves). Test temperature. Heat for further 15sec intervals until desired temperature reached.
