This isn't particularly cheap but it is good value. It's very sturdy and there is a nice amount of design on it. I like the colour interior as well although more choice would be preferable. It is a decent weight for its size which is exactly what I was after. Despite having a top spec robot vacuum with obstacle avoidance it would slam into my dog's metal bowl and either knocked it over or pushed it around. No issue with that here as the weight and the fact the bottom rim is not glazed makes it harder to be pushed along the floor. It went through the dishwasher perfect and praise-be the stickers were the kind that come off in one piece!

I ordered this bowl at 4pm and it was delivered around 7pm, what a service! The bowl was wrapped in bubble wrap and was double packaged so it was very secure when it arrived. The bowl is a good size and a lovely blue colour. Very happy with it!

I have a staffie that tends to push his bowls around the kitchen which totally puts him off eating as it's too much faffing for him. This looks smart, easily cleaned and he isn't able to move it which is awesome so he has been happily enjoying his meals. Also as said, it is easily cleaned - we made the rookie mistake of having a plastic bowl which became scratched up over time from his teeth and I noticed he was getting some spots on the lower part of his mouth, looked it up and it turns out it can happen with plastic bowls due to bacteria so am really pleased I changed. For people talking about a slimy feel on the bowls, its your dogs drool. I promise you. I have a similar water bowl for my dog and it has always happened but if you take a decent scrubber and some washing up liquid (or just chuck it in the dishwasher if you have one) and give it a good scrub with a decent layer of washing up liquid on it to cut through the drool and hot water to wash it off after you will find it comes off nice and easy and the bowls no longer feel slimy at all. I got the same issue when I had to use a casserole dish for his food bowl as well. It's gross but hey ho.

This is how I always remember traditional dog (pet) water bowls. Sturdy bowl in brown with the blue internal ceramic coating. It is way better than plastic for obvious reasons and I am sure my dog likes the water in here more than from a horrible plastic bowl. Looks nice in the kitchen too and does not fly around when being used due to its heavier weight.

Ive given 3 stars because the packaging wasn't damaged. However the 18cm dog bowl is cracked from the top of the edge of the bowl (which has been reglazed over) to almost the opposite side. Sadly the crack was hidden under the sticky label!! It's not safe to return in case it breaks in transit. This is not what I expect from Mason Cash products. Ive always received perfect products in the past. I paid for a defective product which should have been rejected from sale.

Heavy, sturdy and doesn't move around. I have one for food and one for water (with the blue inside). They look classic and I think they will always be in style. Only downside is that they are made in China, which I think is a shame because they are so heavily marketed as English with an old heritage and so on - so I'd be happy to pay a bit more to have them made in England, or at least in Europe. This is the reason for the 4 stars rather than 5, which it would've gotten had it been made in UK.

it is traditional and sturdy and it wont slide across the kitchen when my pup is having breakfast!
