Great Recovery Without the Jitters
I’ve been using BPI Best BCAA for a few weeks and I really like it. The Blue Raspberry flavor is actually pretty good and not too sweet. I usually take it after workouts, and I’ve noticed less soreness and quicker recovery. I also like that it’s caffeine-free, so I can take it in the evening without messing up my sleep. It mixes well and helps me stay hydrated too. Definitely a solid option if you're looking to build lean muscle and recover faster.

I ordered this product before and really liked it so I ordered it again. The second time tasted like chemicals. I would not recommend ordering unless you are okay with the taste of chemicals.
