Electrolytes Powder | 16 oz | 130 Servings | Hydration Support

I am very happy with this electrolyte powder. I was sick of buying them at Walmart with sucralose. This is a little more expensive, but it was the best price I could find per ounce without any artificial sweeteners. It is not very sweet, it's stronger on the lemon, but it tastes natural to me. I mix it with Miralax sometimes so that the Miralax doesn't give me hyponatremia, and now I can barely taste the Miralax, which I think is disgusting and tastes like plastic. Nothing else has masked that taste for me! I also love it with just water for workouts. I'm never in the mood for sweet water after a workout so this is perfect. If you let it sit, you do have to stir it or shake it every now and then. When I'm done, there will be a tiny amount of powder that didn't dissolve, but I've never found electrolytes where that wasn't the case. The only improvement would be to include a measuring spoon. I don't have a 2/3 tsp measuring spoon so I just use a little more than a half tsp.

It's a hot day... this are sweating... I won't name them... but you are looking to replace the electrolytes that you lost from sweating... buy this. It has great ingredients and taste good. If I had to explain the taste, it somewhat taste like the water you have at weddings and they have a lemon or two sitting in the water dispenser. Yup, it's decent. The only issue I have is sometimes it doesn't dissolve and it sits on the bottom and is gritty toward the end when I'm about to finish my shaker bottle. But... that happens with alot of supplements. I will be buying this again.

Good price, taste is very mild but what's there is pleasant. Does not dissolve completely; always have small amount of residual product in the bottom of my bottle if not constantly shaking before sipping.

I personally really like this electrolyte powder, however, there are aspects to be aware of. Compared to other electrolyte powders, this will sour your bottle pretty quickly if you're not cleaning regularly. It also does not disintegrate well. Oddly though, that is actually one of the reasons I do like it. I may be wrong about this, but the quick souring of the bottle tells me there are minimal preservatives compared to other powders. Also, not dissolving makes me think the ingredients are more pure rather than highly processed. I could be wrong on both, but in researching over time that's what I'm led to believe at least. I think the taste is good as well, so I would definitely purchase again. But if you're not up for the maintenance of your bottle, might not be the product for you.

my experience with this product has not been great at all....it started off with the fact that I specifically bought this product because not only was I looking for a cheaper option to replace the electrolyte product I was using previously, but because it was supposed to be delivered same day. Unfortunately, it was 2 days late by the time it finally came and I had run out of electrolytes which I was trying to avoid, hence buying a product that was supposed to come same day. In addition, the taste just isn't great at all, it is very mild unless you use a ton of it and it doesn't come with a scoop for measuring either. The biggest complaint I have is that something (or maybe several things) in this product should not be fit for human consumption. I say this because it has left a nasty white ring that has embedded itself in the bottom of my tumbler and will not budge. I have tried soaking with hot water and dawn dish soap mulitple times (scrubbing in between), I even tried chipping it off with a knife. Finally I soaked it with hot water and vinegar and it came off. My tumbler that I had it in is now useless to me because I am not drinking out of something that has some weird crust that won't come off the bottom of it or smells and tastes like vinegar because I had to use something that strong to get it off my cup. Instead of saving money on a different product when I actually really like the one I was using before, I only gained headaches and more cost since I now have to replace the tumbler.

Disappointed that the product doesn’t fully dissolve even after mixing with 150 degree water. Leaves a sandy gritty mix at the bottom which I assume is just filler. Photo shows the gritty mix. Taste is not too bad for lemon.

I'm pretty disappointed in this electrolyte product compared to several other brands I've used. First, the flavor is almost non-existent, so much so that I had to double+ the amount of powder to my water bottle to get some taste compared to other powders. Second, this stuff is REALLY hard to get mixed into water & a fair amount of it settles down & sticks in a clump in my water bottle. I've tried everything I can to not write a negative review, but in the end this is just an inferior product I definitely won't be buying again.

I was looking for a hydration powder and read lots of reviews before choosing this one. There will always be the negative comments, but overall I think this is a very good product. The suggestion of using a bit of hot water to dissolve the powder was a good one. I personally don’t care if there’s a little left on the bottom, I just swirl it around and drink it down. There were mixed reviews regarding the taste. Again, I like the taste. I guess you could add a little more powder for a boost of flavor or maybe some crystal light or something. However, I think it’s fine with the suggested serving amount. It’s a great value for the money and I would recommend to anyone looking for an electrolyte powder supplement.
