I love this shampoo and conditioner. I have an oily scalp and this cleans it so well. The conditioner is lovely too. I have medium high density hair so I need to use a good amount of both. They’re both concentrated so it gives you the luxury hair care product feel (like Kevin Murphy, oribe, Moroccanoil) without the price. It’s very scented so if you are sensitive to smells I would skip this brand all together. I however LOVE the smell and the scent lasts until my next wash :) I also use the leave in conditioner.

Absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner! It leaves my hair feeling so clean, well-conditioned, but not heavy and is soft after blown dry. It smells wonderful and lingers in my hair.

My daughter only uses Kristin Ess hair products, nothing else. She has very greasy hair and has to be careful what she uses, and this is the only product that makes her hair soft, silky, and not greasy looking. She likes the smell and has no plans to switch to something else any time soon.

The product itself is great! However, the shampoo arrived with no pump. It wasn't in the box so it was clearly damaged before packing

This has become one of my favorite shampoos! Originally found it in Costco and when Costco stops selling it, I did find it on Amazon and target but it was cheaper to buy as a combo on Amazon. I am a repeated buyer. I love the smell of it And have been using it for about a year now consistently. I haven’t tried any of the other kinds, except for the signature, one, and the deep clean, clarifying shampoo, but those are the only ones. Either way, I believe this product name in general works really well for my hair for shine and softness, And again just makes my hair smell really good with not all the extra crap products that are in shampoos and conditioners these days. Safe to use I’m pretty much all hair types and colors, as it contains no sulfate.
