Update: I changed my screen sensitivity to low instead of high and did manage to get the fingerprint biometrics to work with this screen protector. It was still finicky but did work. I had definitely use less finger tip and more entire thumb pad than I normally would. Change to 5 star. I like this product. The applicator worked wonderfully. The screen protector went on easily and perfectly. I have no lint or dust under it. Very happy with its application. The screen protector looks good and feels silky smooth. A few minor things I noticed is that the screen protector doesn't go completely to the edge on the sides. It's very minor though (and probably normal) and only really noticable because how the privacy feature darkens the screen, causing the bleed of light to be noticable. I would have like it if the camera opening was a round punch, instead of a slot cut out of the screen protector. This doesn't look as nice and same as above the bleed of light can be obvious. These are fairly minor complaints. The security feature works fairly well. Seems to need a bit of an angle to work than my last screen protector. I was really hoping the fingerprint biometrics would work with it, but just like others I have tried it didn't. When trying to set up my fingerprint it stops registering when the fingerprint ring is 3/4 full and completed with 0%, telling me to keep my finger in the ring longer. My screen sensitivity is set to high. Maybe this is my phone's fault. Not sure, but was really hoping from the reviews I read that it would function and this is the reason I took one star off. Overall I am happy with this screen protector. Hope this helps others

Just received my Mohave privacy screen protector for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone I have had for a couple of years now. I previously ran and loved the Dome glass protectors that use the liquid and UV lighting to bond them since the other film type have never seemed to work on the curved edge screen. Unfortunately, I cracked the 2nd one last night, same method, fell between the 2 parts of my power reclining sofa and when I folded it down to get off and retrieve it, crunch! Not really tickled that the phone can slide right between the 2 pieces of the sofa so easily, but that's a different gripe lol Went to repurchase them again since they'd been great but alas, unavailable, so I looked through all the other protectors and landed on this one. One of the biggest issues I had when I first bought this phone with screen protectors is the ridiculous fingerprint dots in the formed glass ones and the tpu type never seemed to fit cases. This Mohave appeared to check those boxes off so I ordered the kit. Added perk was privacy as well. They literally arrived about 30 minutes ago, so I jumped on installation right away. First thing first: The instructions are clear. Follow them and you'll be good to go. Second, do yourself a favor and roll the phone in the tray back and forth a few times just for good measure. As you can see, zero bubbles, zero lint or dust and it's just about perfectly positioned to fit and give 100% coverage in my Spigen case. There's about 2-3mm across the bottom that is exposed, so I would think they could tweak the placement a tiny bit, but I won't ding a star, although that was the exact area the Dome glass got crunched, so lets hope that isn't an issue in the future. Application went absolutely smooth without any problems. I did have to re-register my fingerprints though, but that's quick and easy and expected as I also had to when I removed the Dome that was crunched last night. If I were to have one legitimate complaint, it would be that there doesn't seem to be much if any oleophobic coating (anti fingerprint/oil). Right away there was the smudging and the actual fingerprint from using the sensor left right where it should be. The Dome didn't have that issue, but over time it did wear away. Either way, this appears to be a fantastic screen protector, at least first impressions would say so. I will update this review over time if things change. Pricey for what it is, but seems to be a solid option for those of us with a curved edge screen device.

This is the best screen protector and applicator I have ever used, period! I am anal about dust and air bubbles trapped between the protector and the screen, as well as the protector's alignment. With this system, it was as simple as following the clear instructions. Zero dust and bubbles on the first application. The screen protector is very robust. I dropped the phone from a height of three feet onto very rough asphalt with only a small indentation from hitting the edge of a sharp rock. After years of use of the first protector, I have just installed the second.

Easy to install with directions! Does protect the screen like it should. Dropped the phone face down 5 minutes after I put it on! 2 issues I have with it: Sometimes there are issues with the finger print scanner picking up your print when hands are DIRTY. but as long as your hands a clean, it works! The screen protector does not go all the way to the edges. SUPER SMALL gap between the edge of the phone and the protector. No big deal tho! Privacy side it works like a charm. Had co-workers always trying to look at what I was doing, and now that I have this, they get irritated because they can't see what I'm doing! Screen is soft and easy to clean! Does not affect quality of the screen! If anything it adds depth. Screen protector looks like it's my normal screen!

I ordered this in March and what can I say. Took my time, followed the instructions and it went on very easily. No bubbles. Provides privacy from the side. I just put the second one on today. My screen looks brand new. It didn't peel off. The only reason that I'm replacing it is the oleophobic coating wore off and I started to see a lot of prints on the screen. I'm sure it's not the protector's fault, my niece loves playing with my phone, she will always leave sticky residue on it and I use an alcohol wipe to clean it off. I'm sure that shortened the life.

Easy to put on. Stays in place. Not glass. Not flimsy. Privacy is good but not great. It does dim the screen quite a bit even while looking at it directly. The screen in the camera cut out is always brighter than the protected screen, so it's pretty noticeable. In the sun, full brirgtness was no longer bright enough. The dimming effect is not worth the privacy protector for me. Most importantly, it is barely compatible with Touch ID - I re-registered my finger prints a few times and it never got easier to use. Then the protector got scratched in my bag, which never happened with previous products and the same behavior of throwing it in my bag. The scratch went through the fingerprint spot so touch id stopped working completely and I couldn't re-register my fingerprints because of the scratch.

The best investment. Quick and easy to use.

Edit: Changing to 4 stars to 3. First protector worked great. I cracked my screen and had to replace it. Second protector I put on my new screen didn't set correctly and the sides kept coming unstuck all the time. Shifted completely upward. Ended up taking it off and tossing it. Probably going to try a different screen now. Original review: You can't see a thing on the screen if you're looking at it from the side, so anyone sitting next to you won't be able to see anything on your screen, just black. It did take me a few times using my phone to get used to the distorted (kind of) darkness it gives off from the front, but you get used to it quickly. It comes with a device that makes it incredibly easy to do, and cleaning materials to clean it before install. You can even look up a tutorial video they provide a link to if you're really unsure on how to do it. Also came with an extra screen protector just incase you mess the first one up, or you have two of the same phone. Worth the money for sure!
