Just use a tad, too much will make your hair sticky. It adds volume to my thin hair.

Do not buy from vendor, wax dry
First order was fine. Like the other reviewers below my last two orders it was dry. I had replacement order and it was the same. They did it come with the usual tamper-free tape seal either. Better to buy from different vendor/store.

Product past its prime
I have used REF 534 for the past several years. The product I received today was not the same quality that I received in the past. The wax was hard and will make it difficult to apply. Previously, the wax was smooth and easy to apply.

Order was old and hard
First 2 orders were fine. This last order was old, yellow and hard. Not even useable.

Changed their product
I've been using ref for decades. They have changed their "wax" and it's now a goopy mess. Not a wax at all.
