NOW Supplements, Menopause Support, Blend Includes Standardized Herbal Extracts and Other Nutrients, 90 Veg Capsules

If you want to get natural supplement for menopause I do recommend these I've been taking them for a while, and I hardly have any hot flashes and when I do they're not as severe as they were before I started taking these. They even help my "attitude" ,lol.

This product is amazing, and a blessing. All i take is one a day in the morning with breakfast and no warm moments in the evening or during the night. The greatest herbal blend for womens health!! A thousand times, thank you.

I am shocked at the immediate results from taking this supplement. I was hopeful, but no way did I expect such relief. I have yet to figure out if my polyovarian cysts have been halting my periods or if peri-menopause’s halt of my periods are leading to cyst growth. Either way, I have been in hell for months from ovarian cyst rupturing, an episode of ovary torsion, hot flashes, insomnia, night sweats, heart palpitations, and brain fog. In case you wonder if I’ve seen a doctor, the answer is yes I wasted a visit or two. Last visit I declined the implant she suggested, which is known to CAUSE cysts. (Really??) Thank heaven for common sense and natural supplements. I took a single tablet two nights ago and slept. I actually slept. I didn’t have sweats, or palpitations all night, nor did I have a single hot flash all day. Seriously, that’s like a miracle. Last night I took 2 capsules before bed. Now, I was cramming for finals, drinking lots of coffee and eating lots of chocolate, so I set myself up royally for the mess of symptoms listed above. And yet I slept. Palpitations are still an issue, but that’s all my fault. Even with them, I am comfortable and relaxed. One more thing: I started ovulation within hours of the first dose. Mind blown. It seems like this blend of herbs was exactly what my body was needing. 9/11/2022 UPDATE I continue to have great results with this supplement. I tend to be inconsistent with taking all forms of supplements, so I start and stop equally with this one. When symptoms show up to remind me I am off track, I start them again. Once again last month my period was delayed two weeks, with no signs of starting. That’s guaranteed ovary-trouble for me. I began the supplements again and within a couple days my period started again. Nothing but good things to say about this supplement!

Cannot claim it works wonders since I’ve just started it. But. If you’re gaggy when it comes to taking pills? These may not be the ones for you. They TASTE TERRIBLE! And you have to take 3 of them 😭 so. I will review later if they seem to help, but here is just a warning out there for yall that have issues taking pills!

First, for anyone who's wondering/comparing products, FYI this is the exact same formulation as Nature's Goal Menopause Support, which is significantly more expensive. I started out using Nature's Goal for a couple months, then tried NOW because N.G. was out of stock, and discovered it's exactly the same. NOW works just as well as Nature's Goal (the way the labels are printed actually makes me think the manufacturer might be the same, but I no longer have an N.G. bottle to compare). I'm 48 and had been having night sweats, trouble sleeping and mood swings/weepy episodes. I'd already been taking evening primrose oil on the advice of my nurse-midwife, which might be why I hadn't had any daytime hotflashes - so I can't speak to that symptom. But the Nature's Goal/NOW Menopause Support worked very well and very quickly on the night sweats -- the first night I took it, I slept much better than I had for a while, and didn't wake up in the middle of the night, drenched in sweat and unable to get back to sleep. I was also under a lot of stress when I started taking the N.G. version, so I actually started taking another product, ZenRx (for anxiety) at the same time -- I posted a review about that (found it very helpful in leveling out my stress response, but not worth the $ compared to cost of purchasing ingredients separately, which is what I did). So I can't say for sure what product helped exactly how much or with exactly what symptoms -- but my sense is that the Menopause Support has helped level out the hormonal fluctuations and the accompanying symptoms (weepiness, night sweats, heart racing at night), while the ingredients of the ZenRx (I've continued taking sceletium tortuosa/"Zembrin" and sometimes kava kava and others individually for stress as needed) have helped with calming my thoughts/feelings and keeping me relaxed in stressful situations. And I've continued with the Evening Primrose Oil, too. There was a gap between the bottle I had and the 2-pack that came with my subscribe & save order, so I went 2-3 days without taking it, and the last night I had a minor night sweat episode, though not as bad as they had been -- so I expect to be taking it for a while. Sometimes I only take 2/day rather than 3, and that doesn't seem to have been a problem. Have been recommending it to my peri-menopausal friends!

This product seemed like a miracle at first. It stopped my extreme hot flashes, night sweats and insomnia almost right away. Then I noticed a slightly elevated mood, which was desperately needed. After just a few days I no longer felt bloated. My girls stopped being swolen and painful. This herbal blend seemed to be fantastic! Then, around week three, I slowly began to have side effects but they came about so slowly, I didn't know what the problem was. My side effects included headaches that turned into migraines. Soon I had migraines Every. Single. Day. but I didn't realize it was due to side effects. I also gained several lbs. My hair began to fall out at an alarming rate. Finally I had severe muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders. I was desperate for help. I finally began to suspect Menopause Support for these strange issues. I stopped taking them and all of the above mentioned side effects went away. I believe this is a good product that may work for a lot of people. I am not one of those lucky women. Treat these supplements like a pharmaceutical because they work like pharmaceuticals and can have serious side effects just like prescription drugs.

Great tablet, no after taste, smells like ginger, I feel calm after taking 3 tablets as per dosage. I need to try their multivitamins, Amazing product 👌👌
