Great quality video. Ended up turning the base around and clamping it to my desk so the scope could extend over my soldering mat. Attaching the ring light is a bit awkward aswell.

This microscope is amazing. The quality for the price is outstanding. As shown, the main reason I ordered it was to help solder the small component shown which is 2mm x 2mm. I can solder that without a scope but the scope makes it so much easier. A secondary use is to inspect coins and currency for errors, some not visible to the naked eye. You won't be sorry you order one of these. The features are many, the quality is very good and the customer service is excellent.

First off I have had few microscopes both digital and manual, cheap and expensive, this is a professional level scope, the quality is the same as some of the $2,000 to $3000, and you don't get scope eye's, this is an amazing microscope with untouchable customer service (they are glad to help and/ or answer any questions you could possibly have about there microscopes, they will go to the end of the world for you, or whatever is needed to make a happy customer, not saying what or how but they did for me, what most company's wouldn't do or go through). I love it.... Perfect clarity of the monitor, ease of use. Clear understandable english instructions, remote control included, slides and light box. Be gentle and handle it nicely, has 3 different lenses of different powers (in my pictures i only use 1 lens, it has a nice zoom range), (get immersion oil for extreme viewing) you also zoom and focus, (2) incrediblely Brite l.e.d. lights that you can dim and brighten and it comes with a adjustable l.e.d. halo light, i also got the extended arm to reach out over my work area and needed the base for away work/ travel (large sturdy base. Nice), i made waterproof carry case out of pelican box, i took shipping box and inserted it into pelican box, as pictured, extremely protected. Customer service alone deserves 5 stars, all in all this was hands down the best experience of any company on Amazon, i have purchsed from. I would give 6 stars but can only do 5 stars, high quality, beautiful microscope. Get this microscope............ and get the extendable arm, it is worth it's weight in gold!

Firstly, this is a great budget scope. The base is nice, the display looks good, and the remote is super handy. The things I dislike: - The power cord scheme for this is super clumsy, and seems like a last-minute decision to slap something together that works. - The cord controls the light brightness rather than the scope - The ring light takes a while to install, and seems very cheap. I worry about the screws damaging the scope. - The brightness dongle on the cord has a power button, so it's easy to turn off the whole scope when trying to adjust brightness Would still recommend, but the display functions and remote are what really make this worth it. The accessories are cheap and somewhat half-baked. They still work well, but it's harder to use and to store than it should be.

very strong, very little movement. I would buy again if it was needed. Very good packing. Instructions were not the best but good enough to assemble.

Dec 9 2023 Update: Tomlov Customer service was very helpful. It took a couple of days of messaging back and forth, but Technical Support walked me through re-formatting the Microscope itself and then the SD Card. Now everything functions as it should. Back up and running! Dec 7, 2023 Update: I bought this on June 27, 2023. Now on Dec 7, 2023, the Control Panel and the Remote no longer function and I'm not able to take pictures on the Micro SD Card. I've contacted Tomlov and have yet to get a reply. I'll keep this review updated, but I'm disappointed as I use this microscope weekly and now I'm without one. Hopefully, Tomlov will respond soon. I bought Amazon's extended warranty, but that doesn't kick in until the Tomlov 1-year warranty is over. I'm downgrading the rating to a 2-star until I hear back, then I'll revise it if satisfied. First, in the realm of real coin microscopes, this is on the low end. But, the 24MP resolution is a giant leap up from all the other digital microscopes on the market at this price point or below. Unless your goal is professional closeup pictures of minute details, this will do the job. I only wish it had a USB to Computer output. It has an HDMI to Monitor output. If you want to transfer picture or video files to a computer, the 64GB microSD card can be used for that purpose. It's a bit tedious, but again, it does the job. I would highly recommend that than taking pictures of the microscope's screen. When taking coin pictures, lighting and resolution are the key. There is good control over the ring light brightness and a 3-step switch for control of the flexible arm lights. Magnification with the coin lens is fine. Whole coin images or detail images are easy with a little practice, You have gross adjustment and fine adjustment of magnification, as well as additional digital magnification. There is also gross and fine focus control. After a month of testing this out, I'm quite satisfied with it. If they ever come out with a higher-resolution model, I may get that. But, for a digital microscope with good resolution and lighting, this is the best one out there at this moment.

I bought this Tomlov DM602 Pro to replace an older microphotography system I put together 15 years ago and used through March of this year. The old system had a separate microscope and camera, and specific camera software loaded onto a computer. So it took some effort to learn the completely different Tomlov system, but now I am totally satisfied with the ease of using the scope, taking photos, and connecting the Tomlov with Windows Camera on computer. I had to buy an extension USB cable as the one provided was a bit short given the computer's placement. Since I just started using it, I have no idea if it will continue to function properly over the long term. I study small fossils such as insects in amber; instead of using the stage provided, I just placed the amber piece on a puck light on the base plate and took the attached photo.

Excelente calidad, la imágen del monitor es muy nítida y graba como se promete, un producto de primera.

Perhaps a better option is to get a camera and a separate screen.
