I’m always on the hunt for a good gluten-free snack that doesn't taste like cardboard, and these actually hit the mark. They have a really nice, light crunch and a genuine cheddar flavor that isn't too artificial. They remind me a lot of the 'classic' cheese crackers I used to eat, but without the junk ingredients. My only complaint is that the bag is a little small because it's way too easy to finish the whole thing in one sitting! Definitely a new favorite for my pantry.

I wanted a cheesy crunchy lightly salted yummy cracker and this is it . I know someone mentioned a pizza flavor on another review but I am not tasting that at all . Its just a cheddar cracker like goldfish but less salty and just as yummy and addictive. These are competitively priced and I love the other flavors available!

Alternative to goldfish, but very very inconsistently seasoned from box to box. At times I get a perfect box, and other times I get a box of too salty or - even weirder- slightly pizza flavored pop umms. UPDATE : The last few boxes i have ordered are terrible and I will not order again. THESE ARE NO LONGER ANYTHING LIKE GOLDFISH. These taste more like pizza flavored pretzels and are plain disgusting. Everything about them has changed. I verified that they changed the recipe. The new boxes are now ONLY pizza flavored (think garlic and onion, with a little tomatoy zest to them). The label does not list that they are a different flavor. The company hoped we didn't notice, apparently. The texture has also changed to very crispy - and when they are crunched they become very sharp (!! cannot stress this enough - the edges are SHARP and WILL CUT YOUR LIP AND GUMS). I cannot eat these without carefully watching the pieces as I eat them - I have had numerous paper cut like slices on my lips from not being careful. Which also is unfortunate, because now 40-60% of the box is now broken and crumbled pieces, instead of perfectly shaped solid pieces as in the old recipe. The color is also darker orange and looks burnt in places. If you open a box and see that they are dark orange and brown instead of light orange and uniformly colored, you have one of the new recipe boxes and you should hurl them into the sun (or get a refund). The last straw is that they leave an oily residue on your fingers when you handle them. Just ew.

I do appreciate that the ingredients are organic and veggie-based, so I expected the flavor to be different. Another issue for me was the texture, they’re not just crunchy, but very hard, even harder than a thin chip. Because of that, you really have to be careful when chewing, as they feel sharp and could irritate your gums.

These are so good! I am a long time Cheez-It lover. I tried these as a non-bioengineered option. I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor, which may have garlic or onion or something similar added. I'm not exactly sure the flavor, but it's an enhancement and I love it! I'll be buying these again.
