Do they conect via a molex conector or a regular rgb connector?

These are not addressable RGB lights, they use just the 12v and ground pins of a molex connector. I've had my UV kit for more than 6 months now and haven't ran into a single problem with them.

They are not sticking to my Casing or radiator at all. Do I need to peel something off from their back ??

It should be able to stick if your casing is magnet. Mines stuck well but I cant remember if it had anything to peel off.

Molex. They have male and female on the end, so you can daisy chain them together.
