I purchased this leg elevation pillow for my husband, who is recovering from a shattered femur and two recent surgeries. It has been incredibly helpful in his recovery. The pillow provides excellent elevation, reducing swelling and promoting healing. The soft fabric is gentle on his skin, allowing him to rest comfortably without straining his leg. The side handles make it easy for him to adjust his position, which is crucial given his limited mobility. This feature has helped him maintain some independence. It’s lightweight and easy to move, allowing him to keep his leg elevated wherever he goes. This leg pillow works well to elevate a leg/foot. It is nice to have the contoured hollow which stabilizes the leg in a comfortable position much better than a simple pillow. The three-piece design allows some flexibility and comfort to provide different heights which can be adjusted quickly. I'd buy it again if I needed to. It is rather large so traveling with it might be a little awkward but for home recovery it's perfect.

This item worked out excellent for a foot surgery I recently had. It’s memory foam which is nice but not so squishy that it flattens out where you are resting your foot. It is sewn together really well and wipes off well with a soapy rag. The different height levels are great for comfort. Helps greatly with pain relief.

In anticipation of a knee replacement, I purchased two or three elevation pillows. The Joywoo was by far the most functional and comfortable! As the pillow name suggests, is adjustable to several heights. The material covering each piece is super soft. Handles are on the front of the slanted part so you can pull it closer once your leg is on top of the pillow. The foam used is memory foam so it keeps its shape while not being hard and uncomfortable. I used the cushion on top of the leg rest of a recliner because my understanding is that "Toes above Nose" is the appropriate elevation.

I bought this for a knee injury. I needed something to keep my knee elevated for pain relief and the pillows were proving impossible to keep in a comfortable shape and height. This worked perfectly. It’s designed to cradle your leg on memory foam making it both comfortable and functional. The fact it can be used with or without the extra cushions to boost your leg more or less offers optimal pain relief. The design of this pillow makes it easy to use and the memory foam is soft enough to cradle but sturdy enough to hold its shape. It was a literal lifesaver during the recovery period! The only design flaw I saw was not having Velcro to hold the levels together.

Teen son is 6'2 had Surgery on ACL, would not have been able to sleep without this. Very comfortable and perfect elevation. Highly recommend for any kind of knee recovery.

absolute savior after knee surgery, being able to adjust the height was a big help, it's soft enough to be comfortable and supportive enough to work. It helped with swelling and pain, also kept me from moving too much at night so I didn't cause myself more pain

I bought this before I have foot surgery. Im so glad I dis because I needed it as soon as I got home! It was an absolute game changer! The quality is amazing and I love how everything velcro together so it can be the perfect height. The handles are very convenient! All the covers come off and are machine washable and very soft! After opening it took about a day to completely relax and take its full shape and be the size its supposed to. I used this for 1 month with a cast up to my knee and its still firm and held its shape.
