THIS IS A LIFE SAVER - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I work a highly stressful job and carry a lot of stress/pain in my neck and shoulders. This thing is a LIFESAVER! It's portable, comfortable to wear, and easy to move around. I can cook with it on, do other chores, watch TV, read, etc. The heat and pressure are perfect, and they are all easily adjustable. The battery life is excellent, and charges quickly. The only drawback is that it does have a 15-minute automatic shut-off, but it's not a deal breaker. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ENOUGH! I use this daily and cannot live without it!

This is a great product and does connect to the breo app
This is just what I wanted and a lot of reviewers have found that to change the intensity. They had to use the straps, but that’s not the case. This item does connect to the breo app. This is a great product. You can change the intensity. You can change the heat you can change the vibration modes entirely in this app here are photos to show what the app looks like for the users who didn’t know about this this should be very, very helpful.

Does work wonders
I love it the way it rolls in my back and especially when I turn the heat on. It doesn't hurt when you're using it. I feel like it's the best thing since sliced bread to my back. My only issue is I wish it would run 30 minutes at a time. Because that massage to deep tissues in my back is everything.

Great neck massager!
Absolutely amazing! The extended “fingers” really get into the upper back, most neck massagers don’t get the upper back.

Very Relaxing
For years I suffered from lower back and neck pain. I do not know how long this is going to last me, but I am going to enjoy every second of it. It is so relaxing. I was literally falling asleep while I was using it. The price is also unbelievable. It's very inexpensive. Because of the price, I was a bit skeptical, thinking maybe it was not going to work properly. I am happy that I took the chance in purchasing it. If you are looking for a neck massager, get the Breo Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager with Heat. It's inexpensive and it works. I am soooo happy I bought it.

Very disappointing...
I had to order a replacement since the first one had a defect, then this replacement didn't last long at all after a few time use. I really like the look and wanted to use it for a long time but it keeps turning off after a sec or a few sec even it's charged fully. Very disappointing...

GREAT PRESSURE
I ordered this brand although there were cheaper options I wanted something that would really help me and I do believe that you get what you pay for. I received it as soon as I opened it it had a full charge. The pressure is great, it is stronger than a lot of masseuses I have gone to. if you lean back into the massager, it will actually apply pressure until you lean back out of it which is great if you are trying to get rid of a knot and you want to hold pressure. I have a knot above my shoulder blade, and down on the side of it by my spinal cord. This does aim for the neck but if you were laying up against a headboard, you can move it down your back and it feels great. It has given me so much relief and way more pressure than a deep tissue massage. I usually pay $120 to get a massage but I’m so grateful I spent $140 on this and I can use it whenever I want without ever paying that amount again. Definitely buy it!!

Not built to last...
It was a nice massager but it randomly stopped working after a year of use, and I wasn't using it that frequently, maybe a couple times a month.

Everyone likes a good neck massage. The problem with a lot of portable neck massage units is that all they do is heat up and vibrate. That is hardly a massage. I saw this neck massage unit that had a lot going for it and was different than others I have seen before so I ordered it. The massage unit arrived with a USB charging cable and the user manual. The massager sits on your shoulders then 2 straps go under your arms and clasp at your back. You can adjust the tension of these straps to control the pressure of the massager on your neck. Several buttons are on the massager to turn it on, select 1 of 2 modes, select the heat level, and select 1 of 2 intensity levels. Once you put the massager on, you can turn it on. The buttons face away from you so I used a mirror to learn where the buttons are the first time I used it. So how does it feel? This is a real deep-tissue massage. It is not like any massage unit I have used before as it is a lot stronger. When I first turned it on I was a bit taken aback by how this felt. It was a bit uncomfortable. I loosened the strap a bit to take some of the pressure off and it was much better. After using it for a couple of minutes my neck muscles started to relax and it started to actually feel good. I tightened the straps again and it was relaxing. I had an 86-year-old friend try this thinking she would hate it since it would be too strong but to my surprise, she loved it from the first time I turned it on. She did not want to take it off. A third member of the family is 29 and he tried it and wanted it off right away. So this deep tissue massager is NOT for everyone. It gives a true massage to benefit the neck muscles and cause relaxation. Some people not used to this type of massage may not like it but if they take the time to try it for a few minutes they will like it as the uncomfortable sensation goes away. The massager is rechargeable and will run for about 70 minutes so will last for a week if used for 10 minutes a day. If you want a true deep tissue massage then this is the machine for you. It is very much like a shiatsu massage so if you like those you will love this. The quality of the machine is very good and the cloth covers on the massage fingers can be removed to be washed. The price may seem a bit high but this is definitely a premium device worth the money.

It does a good job of massaging muscles on back & shoulders.

I was very excited to try this neck massager out because it targets my trouble spot and in any massage I get it never seems to be enough. Overall after using this my neck feels more relaxed and it’s actually decent at hitting some good knots and pressure points if positioned properly, but for the price I think there are some draw backs that make me think the $200 price tag is a bit steep for what you get. The first thing I had difficulties with was the charging. The massager comes with a cord but not a charger to attach it to. At a lower price point this would be fine but really for the price tag it should come with everything you need. I found success with chargers I had lying around but not everyone has the specified charger. Positioning the massager is a little bit difficult for me as you have to belt it behind your back. My mobility isn’t terrible but I do have a bit of a limited range in motion when it comes to my back/shoulders from a car accident and its a bit of a pain to secure, almost causing me to wrench my neck. Once secured it does stay in place but if you have similar troubles something to consider. The controls are also inconveniently placed high on top my shoulder in a place that is hard for me to see(particularly when wearing this thing). Again for the price, it would be nice to have a control further down or as an attached controller as I really can’t see the buttons and they are awkward to press(again maybe due to my limited range of motion). There are only two intensities and two modes and personally I only like one of the modes and find the other a bit useless. The one I do use is quite effective and feels like a strong neck rub. I feel very relaxed after, with a bit of pain similar to a deep tissue massage, and I do think it is effective but a bit temperamental depending on where you position it I find it slips a bit out of position while wearing it. This brings it from an amazing to an uncomfortable feeling quick. The massager also auto turns off after 10 minutes. Personally I think 20 would be better and honestly if the control panel wasn’t so poorly placed this wouldn't be much of an issue. Overall I am quite a fan of the fabric and aesthetic look of this massager and it doesn’t look like an eyesore which is honestly a big factor for me as well.

I am in constant search of something to relieve tight muscles around the neck and shoulder, and I have tried several of these neck massagers, but this is the closest to a real kneading massage I've had so far. The massage heads are smaller, more refined, and have a silicone covering instead of the more traditional hard plastic knobs, so I find these grip tighter and can get in there and give you a deeper massage. There are 4 buttons in total with a few self explanatory options. The machine only operates for 10 minutes before auto shutdown. The default when you turn it on is - mode 1, high heat, low intensity; of which I usually just tamper with the intensity to high. There is an elastic strap that goes under your armpits to clasp at the back, and this way, it supposedly replaces the more traditional massagers where you have to stick your hands to pull down on the straps to get adequate pressure for the massage. To be honest, I used to dislike having my hands tied up by pulling down on the straps, but in reality, compared with this elastic type closure, I wish this unit had both options. With the hand straps that you pull down on, you can adjust the pressure and location of the massage heads with precision and the force can be as heavy or as light as you want it. For someone who likes deep massages, this elastic closure does not cut it, the pressure is alright, but I find not all the massage heads sit nicely on my neck and shoulder at all times, sometimes, it slips and the top one doesn't even touch my neck, I have to adjust it. You could pull down on the elastics, but it has give and you don't want to wear them out. If I was able to tug two straps, it would be a very nice massage - so I would encourage the manufacturers to make this into a unit where there are long strap handles AND with the elastic so users can choose which to use, and it is very easy; I might sew on an extension myself to pull down. Despite that, I still think this is a great massager! If you sit against the wall or a hard object, you can use it to massage anywhere on your back and shoulders, it works very well in the right location and pressures (controlled by how much you lean on the wall). And it is good for legs too.

I decided to get this product since I’m often feeling stiff in the neck/shoulders area. I never used this kind of product before, so I wanted to give it a try. Included in the package is the massager itself, a USB C cable and a user manual. On the massager, there is a USB port and 4 buttons. One button is for power, one is for the massaging mode (deep tissues or soothing massage), one is for heat activation and the last one is for intensity. Upon first usage, I had a hard time understanding how it was supposed to be installed around your neck. I took a couple of looks at the product picture and finally understood how it was supposed to fit. After it fitted right, I adjusted the strap length so the massager was not loose. There is a total of 6 massaging spots. 2 for the necks, 2 for the top of the shoulders and 2 for the back of the shoulders. I powered on the massager and I wasn’t sure at all if I liked it. It was very powerful, to the point that it was uncomfortable. I still left it on and the uncomfortable sensation went away. It started to feel really great and the heating made it even better. I used it with the deep tissue mode at the default intensity setting. It turned off automatically after 10 minutes and for me, it was enough. I often use the massager when I feel stiff and it helps a lot. I don’t think the massager is for everyone since even on the lowest setting, it is quite powerful. In my case, I’ll keep using it over time for sure. I highly recommend it if you want an excellent neck massager for deep tissue.
