With its innovative design, efficient wringing system, high-quality microfiber mop head, adjustable handle, and ease of use and maintenance, it's a must-have tool for achieving sparkling clean floors with minimal effort.

Better than my Dyson Pencilwash (because you can't press down on it to scrub off harsh stain, and cleaning the roller is a faff). Did take 5-19 mins to get a hang of it. Press down to clean rinse, pull up a little to dry, then slightly bend and pull up while dry spinning. Once you 'understand' it, it will be your daily driver for clean hard floors in 10 mins (+5 for rinsing bucket and cleaning microfiber mop bit to put it away for next day)

I Luv The Idea Of Clean Water Each Time But Operating It Is A Little Awkward & l Dislike The Way The Handle Spins Whilst Yr Moping Sometimes A Bit Of A Let Down Sorry l Wouldn't Recommend lt l'm Still Using My Steam One The Most.

The concept is good based from experience it operates much like the professionel scrubber. One part for clean the other dirty water. That said in the early stages it performs well. But as the parts are made of recycled plastic first the clean compartment starts leaking in to the dirty. The top attachment side clips snap easily. The fixing clip 'press' hard to secure. The yellow rubber that brushes against the micro cloth head bends after use. The handles 9dislodge because the plastic slips the handle off. But most of all the mech that spins without a spring the black part due to bad plastic wears and snaps too easily. Hwever I can still use the spindle without but not able to rinse mop head. So as I now have 5 micro mop heads I need another kit to continue using for ano 6 mths.

I cannot get this floor mop to work proto work as it should. The mop head barely gets wet, yet the bucket is filled correctly and the water is in the correct compartment. Altho' I only wash floors when they're dirty the water remains clean inside the bucket showing it hasn't cleaned the floor at all. The bucket, when filled with water is v. heavy and the handle doesn't seem that strong so I worry about moving it in case the handle breaks and I have a bucket full of water splashing out everywhere. The mop handle goes up and down and moves when used on the floor and it has pinched my skin many times which is painful. I do not recommend this product.

Amazing mop bucket very happy

Based on the product description, this mop seemed like it would be perfect: separate compartments for clean and dirty water, and a round head with a bend designed to reach edges and corners. And to be fair, the clean and dirty water really don't mix — that part works as promised. Unfortunately, a great idea just didn't translate into good execution overall. Now I understand all the negative reviews. The only genuinely good thing about this mop is that it's easy to clean afterward — you can completely disassemble it for washing. But actually using it is a nightmare. The worst part is the mop head. It's very difficult to maneuver while mopping. The bend that's supposed to help you reach edges doesn't do its job at all — instead, you have to wrestle the head into position and fight with the bend at the same time. Mopping along edges and corners turns into a real struggle. Overall, the whole system feels uncomfortable and awkward to use, even though on paper it sounds simple: fill the clean water compartment to the max line, push the mop head all the way down until the first click and spin it to wash with fresh water, then lift it slightly up to the second click to wring it out. Sounds straightforward, right? In practice, though, it's a whole different level of difficulty. You end up fighting with the entire system and the mop head more than actually getting any cleaning done. The clean water compartment isn't small, but the system is so inefficient that I ran out of water in the middle of cleaning a one-bedroom apartment and had to empty out the dirty water and refill with clean water all over again. Honestly, I think if this mop had a square head instead of a round one, it might have been slightly more usable — it would eliminate the worst part of this mop, which is the bad head design, and reduce that whole struggle at corners and edges caused by the bend. As it is, though, this is probably the worst mop I've ever owned.

I filled the bucket with water, used the mop - which seemed to be very dry - and all the dirty water was mixing with the clean water. "They can have that back!" I thought. I inititated the return, and was about to pack it up when I noticed an a;most invisitble wording on the sealed chamber: clean water. (It's very easy to miss!) So I'd effectively filled the dirty water chamber with the clean water!! Filled the correct container, and it works well. How does the clean water get to the mop when there's only 1/2" of water in the clean area? By an ingenious screw mechanism in middle chamber; as it spins, water is drawn up to the cleaning plateau, rinsed, and then brushed. Raise the mop to the next click, and it's given a spin dry so it reaches the floor almost dry. And as the floor is almost dry, the floor was dry within 15mins. Certainly better than the "mop and slop" wet units.
