I bought this and several other 10 sided Chinese made drum pads for my middle and high school band room. They don’t all feel exactly the same, but for $20 you can’t get a better deal. I have been playing for 35 years and while I wouldn’t use this as my primary pad, it’s perfect for student use and as a throw around backup.

I love it. It's good quality. Has the bounce of a brand new snare drum. I'm practiced pretty heavy over the last couple months solid and there's no sign of damage yet.
