Old school Nokia. Does the job.
Typical nokia brick. Nice and sturdy. Easy to use. Big buttons for my giant hands. Very good battery life.

Dreadful phone. Doesn’t really work
Dreadful phone. Avoid like the plague. Glitchy. Strange defaults. Changes functions. Terrible. Would give zero if I could

Perfect non-Smart Phone for younger kids
I bought 2 of these for my twin daughters who went to secondary school for the first time. We were committed to not giving them smartphones just yet. These phones are ideal for keeping in contact with them but be aware of their limitations. They are unlocked and accept multiple SIMs. The battery lasts for days. We bought SIMs with no data and plenty of free calls and texts. We also bought roaming so that they can stay in contact during holidays in Europe. The camera is pretty rubbish and they internal memory is terrible. You need to add an SD card to prevent the phone from running out of memory. Is this a great phone? No it's not. it is perfect for what we wanted? Yes it is. Oh, and it has an updated version of the old Nokia snake game ;-) Last point, if you are really interested in your younger kids being Smartphone Free then speak to you local group or get in touch via the school. You can always search the web for smartphonefreechildhood to see what's happening with local authorities and government regulations on social media.

Great little phone.
Excellent little phone. Very easy to use and navigate and looks nice. I only wanted a pretty basic phone for calls and texts, no internet etc, so this is ideal. Nice big keys easy to see and use. Not state of the art, but does what it says it does!

Very basic, very cheap, exactly what was needed.
Bought as a replacement for my elderly Father's TTfone 3G flip phone that will cease to function when Tesco switch off their 3G network in October. The phone feels cheap, plasticky ( is that a word ? ) and is about as basic as you can get without being attached to a cup on a piece of string. All of which matters not at all to my Dad, who makes about 10 calls a month, sometimes answers when you call him, and still puts stamps on his text messages. It is loud enough for him to hear it, it answers the call when he opens it, and sits on his belt in a little pouch so that if something awful happens, all he has to do is press the emergency button and help will be on the way. Battery life is pretty good. This is NOT a high end phone. It also only cost 55 quid and does exactly what my Dad needs, which is why I bought it for him. If the plastics used had been of a higher quality, this would have got 5 stars.

Excellent simple 4G phone good price
Needed a simple 4G mobile for a friend. Looked at a few, but either not 4G or to complicated, did not require all the apps. Came across this Nokia model tried it out myself very impressed. Clam shaped phone so screen is protected when not used. As Clam shaped small and easy to store. Easy to read screen, big buttons, just open it up to answer the call. Easy to hold operate. To charge has the Miro-UBS socket, minus point, should be the universal C socket. As an extra from Nokia a mains charger is availble, to store the phone in. Like a landline phone so it charges at the same time. Battery comes separate from the phone in the box to fit in the phone. Easy to do. Battery lasts a long time. You can buy extra ones from Nokia for about £16.00. Some one complained the camera was no good. For the price and market it's for your not going to have a quality camera. Another review mentioned the rocker switch on the camera case too easy to press by mistake. I agree. Sort that out and a C socket for charging and you have a good cheap mobile.

Very easy to set up
Very easy to set up and input address book. Totally straight forward .Good size buttons, not the best camera. Works fine with 4G sim so we now have an emergency phone. Lightweight. Only wish is that it came with the gadget to open back as it was rather difficult to open.

DID NOT CHARGE UP
Brand new out of the box followed instructions put battery in set up charger to charge said battery pressed the on button as per instructions told to wait a few minutes before charging light appeared but no light appeared even after a few hours. Did all the trouble shoot procedures alas to no avail did not charge up so no option but to return as faulty. However to do this I am being charged £1.99 (let's say £2) but its not my fault I have to return. I was sold me faulty goods instead of me being penalised you would think I should be compensated for the inconvience & all the hassle of trying to set up plus the fact I am now without a phone. (Amazon do offer the Evri option taking it to an outlet sending you something to scan but I do not have a smart phone for scanning (also disabled & elderly) so no option but to choose the Royal Mail pick up of £2) Right back to the phone itself I thought as a Nokia it was made in Finland hence must be good quality but on doing the trouble shooting I discovered printed inside made in Vietnam

I think it should be more clear in the description about the frequencies the phone opperates. So the customer can clearly see if the phone will work in their country or not. Sadly for me, the phone is useless because it will not work in the Netherlands. I tried different opperators, but non of them works with the phone. It's a nice phone but I can't use it.

Buon telefono per chi vuole disintossicarsi dagli smartphone. Ha le funzioni essenziali per telefonare. Peccato per il caricabatterie che ha spina americana quindi necessita di un adattatore non fornito.
