I’ve had this box for about a year now, and it makes a huge difference. I no longer have to run around neighbourhood collecting my parcels when I get home or worry about mailman dumping packages at my doorstep and risking them being snatched before I return. My husband now can sleep in, because delivery drivers don’t wake him up constantly by ringing the door bell. They simply leave parcels in the box to be collected at our convenience. It’s a win all around! Very useful for small or medium size parcels, which accounts for most of what we buy. It took some effort and additional spend on materials to install it. I had to pour a small patch of concrete and used the holes at the bottom of the box to mount it. It was a better option than drilling the wall of the house and risk damaging the brickwork. At the end, it was a straightforward and easy job, even for a female with little DIY skills. I regard purchase of this parcel box as one of the most useful things I bought on Amazon and recommend this product to anyone who likes to shop online and has high volume of parcels.

Works you do need a peice of wood securing behind so you can open the top to put parcels in but that wasn't difficult.

Good item but it’s locks need to be better quality stainless steel for the uk so it doesn’t jam in the winter

It's OK, but not the best. For a start, as others have said, the supplied spacers are not big enough. I had a to use 2x1 timber, & the lid sill slightly catches the wall, although not enough to cause any problems. The box itself is very flimsy, & all moving parts are held together with rivets rather then nut & bolts, so not sure how log they will last. Some parcels get cought up on the lock, & doesn't drop to the bottom, meaning if you have another parcel you can't open the lid, as the drop tray gets jammed against the pervious parcel. Also, even though it's supposed to be a large box, you already have a shoebox size in there, a second similar size parcel will sit on top, meaning you can't open the lid again for a 3rd parcel, due to the drop tray hitting the 2nd parcel. You can gain a little bit more room, by removing the pointless tray that's sat in the bottom of box at an angle.

Does not take any sort of subtantial parcel whatsoever and definitely not ones that they claim it does in the product description. Pay a bit more for a better alternative.
