For me No because I got blisters in my mouth. It might suit someone I bought it for my stomach issues i don't think it helps on it's own plus it's hard to consume.

Wanted to use this as a jaw trainer and did it job pretty well but some of them disappear when I bit into them But overall good product. Slightly too expensive. Go buy a normal Extreme Gum Pack Mint or whatever flavor you want and you'd probably enjoy it more.
