Would have worked if...
Product is as described. We were unable to use the flange as our RV manufacture epoxy the flange to the black tube emptying into the black tank. Because the flange was cracked in several places we had to use a metal flange plate over the broken flange. We were able to use the hardware that came with this kit. Replacing the seal around the bottom of the toilet was super easy. I did not replace the bowl seal as that was still in good shape. Overall I was pleased with this product, just had to work around the inconvenience caused by the RV builder.

It Worked, But Not As Smoothly As I Hoped This kit did the job, but it wasn’t the easiest install and the fit wasn’t perfect. Some parts lined up well, others took a little adjusting to get everything sealed correctly. It’s decent for a quick fix, and it will work if you take your time, but it’s not as precise or user-friendly as the original parts. Overall, it’s okay for the price — just be prepared for a little extra effort during installation.

not compatible
correct seal from Thetford kit on the left. The flat seal from boeemi is not compatible with the Thetford Aqua-Magic V model.
