The shirt runs a little long
The blend of 30% cotton and 70% recycled polyester is nice and soft. It's definitely not like some 100% polyester shirts I've had that wind up with snags all over. It fits well, except I dock it 1 star because on me it runs a little longer than I would like. Otherwise, it's a great shirt for the gym.

Soft and good quality. Although Large felt like a big and tall large as it was very big, if you normally do a large order a medium. I sent it back because it was too big.

Longggg sleeves
Rough fabric, and the sleeves are WAY longer than they look in the photos. I bought a large and the sleeves go down to my elbows. Not a very flattering way to show my biceps, but the shirt is plenty flexible/breathable for working out.
